This lake house is perfect for your next family vacation or a weekend getaway with your friends. With about 2,000 sq ft and an open concept living room and kitchen, this 3-bedroom, 2 bath home has enough space for everyone to be connected without feeling cramped. It's been beautifully designed with brand new furniture throughout. The colors and textures alone will provide you with a sense of peace and relaxation as soon as you walk through the doors. Enjoy the large living room, which features a floor to ceiling wood-burning fireplace and a 55” TV. You'll be mesmerized by the lake views with the wall of windows. The open concept allows easy conversation among guests in the living room, kitchen and eat-in area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a microwave, electric stove and oven, dishwasher and refrigerator with freezer. Almost every gadget and utensil you might need is here! Start your day with a cup of java from the new cappuccino machine or simply brew up a hot cup of coffee from the coffee maker. Right off the kitchen is the laundry room with new washer and dryer (w/sliding door to close it off). Feel free to use the detergent and fabric sheets in the cabinet above.
There are 2 entry options for the covered lakeview deck, one from the eat-in kitchen area and one from the master bedroom. You will enjoy the sounds of birds chirping and flying over the lake while having your morning coffee. Or watch the colorful sunsets while sipping a glass of wine and then gazing at the stars at night. You have it all, right from your covered deck with 2 sky lights, gas fire pit with glass beads, surround sound speakers for entertainment, beverage fridge for cold drinks of your choosing, retractable blinds for privacy and plenty of dining and casual seating.
The master bedroom is spacious with a new king size bed and mattress including a 3-inch gel memory foam topper for a great night's sleep. You'll enjoy an attached master bathroom which includes a large, tiled shower and massive separate jacuzzi tub! Double sinks will ensure no hassles while getting ready. For your convenience, we have included all the toiletries that you might need in the drawers, including a hair dryer, flat iron, hair spray, sunscreen, toothpaste, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, etc. You will feel like this is your home away from home.
The 2nd bedroom is serene with pretty shades of grays and yellows spread across the clean white queen size bed. The queen bed is also brand new and includes a soft and cozy goose down comforter. There is a walk-in closet, 2 nightstands, a gorgeous dresser and a comfortable chair with throw to finish off the touches. Sneak away to watch a movie on your own 42" HD TV. (All tv's have wireless internet connection so you can access your Roku or Netflix account.)
Just across the hallway lies the 3rd bedroom for all your extra guests. This room is filled with energetic colors of coral, turquoise, white and gray. The bunkbed sleeps 2 on the full mattress (bottom) and 1 twin on the top, plus there is a twin-size trundle pull-out. (We've included a queen air mattress in the closet if needed.) This room is also equipped with a private TV for gaming and movies. Plenty of linens and blankets are available throughout the house in each room.
The 2nd bath is a full bath which includes a shower/tub combo, easy for young kids to get in and out of.

The outdoor deck has stairs going to the steep, uneven hill country terrain back yard. There is a key in the binder to lock this gate so small children can't escape. The owner reserves the right to approve or deny all pets/dogs coming to the house.
No puppies allowed! Guests must submit dog breed, weight, photo and non-refundable pet fee for approval process. Failure to do this will results in a delay in receiving check in information as it won't be messaged until all steps are completed for approval. Bringing in any unauthorized pet will result is a $300 fine and removal from the property without refund for violating house rules.

All guests agree to abide by all house rules, which are attached to this reservation in the rental agreement, are posted in the house rules section on our page, has house rules posted on the property as well (just in case of a minor adjustment), and are typically emailed or texted to you as a reminder PRIOR to checking in. These are basic common sense house rules relating the AC, trash, and drug use (vaping and smoking included) not being permitted on the property. Also, no hair dies, confetti or nail polish is allowed in the home. Washable sidewalk chalk is only allowed if guests thoroughly clean and remove artwork from sidewalk/driveway prior to leaving. Failure to do so could result in a $300 fee. Violation of house rules could result in losing all or part of the deposit, removal from home without refund, and a $300 fee. There could also be a claim against the required renter's insurance policy.
