Just as described and pictured! So much room for our family to gather for Christmas. Great access to the beach! The little ones loved the beach toys. Our adult kids enjoyed paddle boarding. Kitchen is well equipped to cook all meals. Loads of fridge space, too!

Beautiful house and casitas right on the beach Perfect for our large group Only draw back is the lack of safety railing on the stairs and out on the patio. Certainly better for visitors without small toddlers

Dream Vacation

This property is a wonderful place place to stay with a large group Kim the property manager is so wonderful to work with. You’re just steps from the beach. They have plenty of toys to play with even a pop-up. They have air conditioning in each room, which makes a later stay in the year comfortable. There are plenty of dishes and pots and pans to cook too. I give this a 10 star rating and would recommend it to anyone.

Family reunion

Everything was wonderful. I did feel the water situation was not the best. We lost electricity a few times, but, it was still the best property for our family. We had the best time and the few blips were insignificant. Ricky, the property manager was amazing and was there anytime there was even the slightest issue. It’s wonderful to have a house literally on the beach. Check in and check out were a breeeze

Magical Enchanted Beach Stay

This beautiful beach home was perfect for our large family group! We also rented the property next door and casitas on the property. The beach is beautiful, we loved gathering shells & watching the tide, on a virtually private beach. The home had all the comforts of home, a fully equipped kitchen, a garage full of beach supplies and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Great Getaway, Beach Front!

Lovely house on a private beach with just a short drive to town. Best beach in Rocky Point hands down! House has plenty of room for the family to spread out but has great common spaces with the kitchen and living room. Kitchen, living room and master bed have wall to wall windows for the best ocean views. Large porch and seating area perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets. Roof top is great for star gazing. The home is furnished with all the necessities and then some that makes for a great beach vacation!

Large property on beautiful beach

Home was as described. The beach was beautiful and we enjoyed feeling like we had private access to it. This part of Rocky Point during the off season is quiet and private. The renovations to the home and kitchen are well done and very nice. Plenty of room in multiple refrigerators for food. Thank you!

Annual trip among friends

This was a great house for a group. There is plenty of space, beach access is terrific. The only drawback is it advertises kayaks and there were kayaks but we had to piece together parts to make one working kayak. Others are missing seats. Overall though, the house is great.

Quirky but wonderful

We had an amazing time at Enchanted Dreams. We had 6 families totally 29 people, including 13 adults and 17 kids between ages of 4 and 15. The house was one step for the beach with the kitchen and family area overlooking the ocean. They had plenty of kayaks for everyone to share and we spent 90 percent on the day playing on the sand and the ocean. The only major issue was the insane amount of mosquitos once the sun was setting. It was so bad that we were unable to enjoy the outside during the evening. Also, i would not recommend this place for families with several children under the age of 5. The stairs leading up to the main bedroom are very steep and dangerous. And off of every balcony there is a safety hazard. The only other small concerns were that every sliding glass door was nearly impossible to open and shut without using 2 hands and one of the fridges in the main house had a leak. Overall, highly recommended.

Perfect for our family reunion

This house was so amazing. It had more than enough space for all of our family members. Everyone had their own space. The common areas are big and spacious and we all felt very comfortable. The views were amazing. Overall one of the best places I have stayed in. The managers of the property were very easy to work with and very accommodating we definitely will be booking here again.

Best Thanksgiving Ever

This was a great property, very roomy and great location. The main house has 2 rooms downstairs and 3 upstairs including the master suite. The casitas are very cozy and great for a quite place to retreat from the main house. Two refrigerators in the main house and casitas with kitchens was were so helpful for our huge thanksgiving feast! Kim was so kind and very communicative, and Ricky was on the property and ready to help with anything we needed. Would recommend this beach front property for any party big or small!

Beautiful house, beautiful view

Nice house the only thing I would complain about was two of the showers did not function correctly. The water was either luke warm or super super hot. The master bedroom and a casita had the same issue. A few torn screens that allowed flies in so nothing major just nuisance. Yes I would go back.

Great property for a large group

We had a family vacation with five different groups from our immediate family. The property was great for us! The large home worked for our family gatherings and our separate sleeping quarters providing times for getting away. The views from the home are spectacular and the beach is great! The house is full of amenities and comforts. Definitely recommend!
