Best place we have stayed at in awhile

Our annual trip to RP is always a little bit different with different family and friends. This year, we choose a nicer, bigger place to call home for the weekend. This place did not disappoint. Great location away from the rocks on the beach and a house large enough for everyone without being on top of everyone. We will look to see if this place is available for our next trip down.

Dan, It sounds like your annual trip to RP was a success! We're thrilled to hear that the larger, nicer place worked out well for your group and provided a great location away from the rocks on the beach. It's wonderful that everyone had enough space without feeling crowded. We'd be delighted to host you again for your next trip down. Keep an eye out for availability! Best regards, Chuck

My new favorite place!!

Pasta playa was outstanding. The pictures do not do it justice. I've stayed at many houses in los conchas and this is by far the best. There's plenty of space downstairs, it is not clear on the description, but there is a king size bed that pulls out and it was perfect for our mother. Highly recommended!! Any issues Oceano concierge ricardo took care of everything immediately and even arranged our activities

Great stay

Had everything we needed in the kitchen except forks. Weird, I know. I gave four stars because there was no comfortable chairs on the patio. And the honeymoon sweet had bugs. Otherwise this place was very nice and the location was fantastic!

Hi Elzie, thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the house to be well-equipped overall. We apologize for the lack of chairs and the bugs in the honeymoon suite — that’s certainly unusual, and we'll make sure these issues are addressed promptly to enhance future stays. I appreciate your input and hope to welcome you back for an even better experience next time! Warm regards, Chuck

Great Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental was beautiful. Perfect spot to spend with my family and away from the tourist crowd. This place overlooks the ocean and at times we could feel the mist from the patio. My favorite spot was the beautiful long table. We played games, chatted, and ate all together. It was a great place to spend the weekend

Great vacation home!

The whole process of booking this property from start to finish was amazing! We have had 3 previous family trips to Las Conchas and stayed in a large home right on the beach every time but this is by far the nicest house we have stayed in to date. There were only a few minor issues that took place during our stay but were resolved immediately. The property manager was very easy to work with and got back with you on any issue you might have in a reasonable time frame. I did have a problem with the listing online in that the pictures didn’t do this home any justice! I was shocked at how much better this house was in person! Amazing!! I would definitely rent this house again and would also highly recommend it to anyone!!!

Paradise in Puerto Penasco

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was a family reunion with sons, daughters and their children (our grandchildren). Our children's last trip to Puerto Penasco was when they were teenagers. They are in their forties now. The house was exquisite and the location was perfect. The only glitch was that the can openers in the kitchen didn't work. Also, the bedroom by the office had a broken drain cover. Minor concerns, but wanted you to know. We so enjoyed each moment of every single day. Many memories to cherish forever.
