Located in a peaceful and unspoilt environment, this air-conditioned 72 m² holiday home is ideal for families or travellers looking for a relaxing stay surrounded by both nature and the Mediterranean.

Set on a private 500 m² plot and surrounded by hills, the property offers a pleasant and peaceful setting in which to relax and enjoy the Mediterranean climate.

An ideal location between beaches and nature

The property is located just 6 km from beautiful sandy beaches. Cycle paths, shops and local services can also be reached easily and are located approximately 3 km away.

Nature lovers will appreciate the hiking trails accessible directly from the house, as well as the scenic cycling route running nearby, which is particularly popular with cyclists.

The house

With a living area of 72 m², the house has been fully renovated to provide comfort and tranquillity throughout your stay. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor temperature, even during the hottest summer days.

The bedrooms

The house has three peaceful and comfortable bedrooms, all fitted with mosquito screens.

**First bedroom**
Twin bedroom with two separate 80 cm beds that can be joined together to create a 160 cm double bed, depending on your needs. The room also enjoys a lovely view of the surrounding hills.

**Second bedroom**
Bedroom equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for children.

**Third bedroom**
Spacious bedroom featuring a 160 x 190 cm double bed and a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

Bathroom and toilets

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin with a large mirror and a washing machine, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The toilet is separate from the bathroom.

Outdoor spaces and relaxation

Enjoy a private garden and a pleasant terrace shaded by a pergola, with beautiful views of the surrounding hills.

For relaxing moments with family or friends, a table tennis table and bats are available for your use. Games are also provided for both children and adults, as well as a small paddling pool for younger guests.

An electric barbecue is also available for enjoying meals outdoors.

For your convenience, bed linen and kitchen linen are provided.

Please note that bath towels are not provided.

Security deposits

A security deposit of €500 will be requested upon arrival.

A €100 cleaning deposit will also be requested, payable by cheque or cash. This deposit will be fully refunded after the check-out inspection, provided that the property is returned clean, tidy and in good condition.

Additional information

During peak periods, bookings are preferably from Saturday to Saturday.

However, if your travel dates do not allow for a Saturday arrival and departure, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can discuss the available possibilities.
