Magnificent new chalet with a capacity of 12 people close to the center with a 180 ° view of the village and the Chavannes ski area and a SOUTH EAST exposure. Ideal for 12 people, maximum capacity 14p (convertible sofa in a Tv rest room

Ground floor :
- Entrance with cloakroom and electric shoe dryer
- 3 double bedrooms (180x200 beds) en suite including: double sink, wc, Italian shower, TV and storage
- 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90x190), a shower room, a toilet, a sink and storage
- 1 individual WC
- 1 laundry area including: 1 washing machine, 1 dryer
- 1 technical room

On the 1st floor:
- an open-plan kitchen opening onto the living space, giving access to a south-west balcony
- a dining area giving access to a south-east facing terrace equipped with a jacuzzi with a dominant view of the village
- a living-dining area equipped with a gas fireplace, a large screen TV offering GB and FR channels

On the second floor:
- a master bedroom: 1 WC, an Italian shower, 2 sinks and a bathtub with a magical view of the ski slopes.
