The second bedroom has a queen-size bed. The guest bath has a shower and new washer and dryer. The backyard is fenced with fully furnished deck space. One garage space available with Type 2 EV charger for your electric car and ample driveway parking. Children and dogs accompanied by well-behaved adults who clean up after them are welcome!
