About this property

Comfortable pet friendly home near golf course with available EV charging

We are offering select guests a chance to stay at this comfortable and well appointed house. This house also serves as our personal vacation home, and as such it is in much better condition and is better equipped than many other rental homes in the area. For now, we have chosen to rent it when we are not able to use it ourselves. The home includes a relaxing great room with wet bar, large dining area and recently remodeled kitchen with new appliances. In early 2024 we totally renovated and updated both bathrooms and upgraded all interior doors. Fiber optic Internet and WiFi included. EV mobile NACS cable provides overnight charging on 30 amp dryer circuit. Our guests rave about relaxing on our large back deck featuring a large private tree-filled fenced back yard. It is the perfect place to enjoy the hammock or let dogs romp freely and securely.

About half of our guests are repeat visitors from prior years. This is a great place to enjoy all that Graeagle and the surrounding area has to offer including several quality golf courses, hiking, fishing, boating and a surprising selection of wonderful restaurants.

Please note that we offer the most liberal cancellation policy allowed by the HomeAway platform. We do this because we know from our own travel experiences that unforeseen circumstances can affect even well made plans. However, those abusing this privilege by cancelling close to the rental date without good reason will not be allowed to rebook our home in the future.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you have a pet with you, make sure that all feces are cleaned up from the yard.
Please turn the thermostats on the kerosene heater and all electric baseboard heaters all the way down before you leave.
Please make sure the outdoor lights both on the deck and outside the garage are turned off.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Use of the wood stove is not allowed.
There will be an additional charge of $35 if additional bed linens need to be laundered
An additional fee of up to $50 will be charged if garbage is not brought out to the street in time for garbage pickup on Wednesday morning,.

We had the most perfect time. The home has everything you need! The backyard is beautiful and so peaceful! We went to the craft fair and got inspired to do some of our own painting. The house was spacious. And had so many games!! We loved our stay!!!

Perfect for Families

We had a great time at this rental. House was spacious with plenty of room for our family. Backyard was great for the kids to play and for the adults to relax and hangout. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Relaxing in the quiet woods

Perfect for two couples who were getting away to play golf and do some hiking for a couple days. We only ate one meal in but found the kitchen well supplied with everything and the house very clean. The backyard is quiet and peaceful. We really enjoyed our stay!

This house was perfect as a basecamp for all day activities in the area. We spent most of our time hiking and at the lakes. The backyard was great for dinner in the cool evenings. Convenient access to Graeagle amenities.

Peaceful Home with Serene Garden

The house was a delight-clean, well-stocked and cool despite our hot weather. The back yard was so peaceful, with tall trees, a lawn, a porch, an outdoor eating area, and a hammock. Perfectly located in a quiet residential neighborhood 3 minutes from town. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to Gold Lake area

I stayed at this property about 6 years ago and it was nice then. Since then there have been many improvements made in the house including an all new kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked for all cooking needs. Bed was comfortable. Great instructions on how to use everything. A great stay.

Just perfect!

What's not to like?? Clean, quiet, comfortable, updated, well stocked with everything we needed - two couples and 2 dogs. Close to town, great fenced yard for the doggies and beautiful deck and seating for the humans. We stayed 6 nights. The owner was quick to respond to questions, comments. Wish we had stayed longer...We'd definitely stay again.
