2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. Balcony is overlooking the beach. Located on the 4th floor of the Sundunes condo building. This unit has a wide-screen TV. Approx. 2 miles from stop sign on Gulf Blvd.

Beach Time

Right on the beach, beautiful sunrise and sunset. Host and cleaning crew went the extra mile for us.. chairs, toys and boogie boards were sure an added bonus…. If I had to find a negative it would be the squeakiness of the double bunk beds….

Everything was great. We did have a little trouble figuring out what light switch went to what room. 😃 We didn’t receive our parking pass or the wrist bracelet for the pool. No biggy, we came for the ocean 😁

Weekend get away

We so enjoyed our weekend at Emerald Surf. The condo is as very clean, comfortable and the view was priceless. The property management was prompt with any questions we had. Would highly recommend this place. Would stay here again. Also, it’s a great location to travel up the beach highway to Pensacola to see the Blue Angels. Instead of having to get there at dawn, or sit in hours of traffic coming in on the Pensacola side, we were able to just drive straight up the beach road and park two blocks from the beach and we’re able to enjoy the show with only 15 minutes to wait until the show started. That was very nice and a bucket list item for me in seeing the Blue Angels fly.

Exactly what we wanted for a couple’s getaway. The property and unit were even better than expected. The property manager, Jan went above and beyond which made our stay one of the best we’ve had. There were no problems at all - the unit was pristine clean, very well stocked with little touches that few places think to include for guests. We will definitely stay here again and bring the rest of our family to this gem!

The condo is nice, clean, check in and out was a breeze.Couple down sides:1) The tub in the main bedroom is a death trap - you have to step over knee high side of the tub thats about 1ft wide. Even as able bodied adults we almost slipped several times. You can tell people have been using the towel rack as a handle because its loose. Would have preferred a 2nd shower over the tub.2) As others have mentioned, no private beach access. You have to use the public access next to the complex. Paying beach front price for public access kinda bites. Especially since you're also fighting for beach space.

The Tired Couple on the 4th Floor

Having 2 false fire alarm evacuations at 4 am and 2 am during the week plus the elevator not working for most of Monday overshadowed our trip. The beach access was ok as well as the comfort of the condo.

Great local beach vibe

We really enjoyed staying at the condominium for our family vacation this past weekend. The place was clean and quiet, walk to beach was within 5 minutes. There is a outdoor shower at the ground floor and was very convenient.My daughter had a blast searching for seashells and she found plenty of them!The beach was less crowded than expected and we liked that a lot.Definitely coming back.

The property was great. The balcony has a lovely view. The property is right next to beach access. Only down side is there isn't a great space to eat a meal. Navarre Beach is wonderful-beautiful views all around. Nice beach. Low key vibe.

You can't get a better view!

It’s a lovely condo with breathtaking views. When the weather wasn't great, the balcony was there to save the day. We had a wonderful time and can't wait to go again.

All aspects of this property was great. From parking, elevator, condo, view and property location was just was exactly what we wanted. Only thing I would add to kitchen is maybe some sheet pans and then an umbrella for beach.

Great people to deal with

When we got there, everything was great, and the unit was beautiful. We did however run into an issue with our room the first night there, but by morning I had received a phone call from the owners. We talked, they were super apologetic, was able to move me into another room and even offered to let us stay an extra night! I will definitely be using them again, very easy to work with, the unit location was great as well. So much nicer and quieter than going to Panama city beach (where I've been the last 2 years) this was peaceful, and relaxing, which is exactly what we wanted. Can't wait to go back again!
