Lovely Spot

Really clean, the shower and kitchen was functional, new and worked well! Has everything you need and would want to cook aswell! As this is attached to the main property where the owners live, you get the benefit of their security gates. Walkable to the beach but parking is free there if you wanted to drive with boards etc Sleeping could be a bit tight if you’re taller or bigger as it’s a sofa bed. Hosts are lovely!!!!!! Overall a great spot

Thank you for your comments. As you say , you found a very clean accommodation upon your arrival. We strive to provide the best possible service for each occupant. It is noted in the rental contract that the accommodation must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Unfortunately, you left the studio in a deplorable dirty state. The floor, toilets shower,fridge... no cleaning was done. We had to ask someone to do the cleaning. For information the sofa is normal size for a bed : 140X200 We are disappointed because you seem friendly. Best regards

Notre séjour de quinze jours a vraiment été excellent et très agréable.Michelle et Francis sont adorables.Très discrets et toujours disponibles si besoin. Avec de gentilles petites attentions à notre arrivée. Le studio est vraiment très propre, moderne et joliment aménagé avec tout le nécessaire. Un peu comme à la maison.L'environnement est calme.La petite terrasse à l'arrière de la maison est bien agréable pour se prélasser.Le parking est juste devant l'entrée du studio.Deux vélos sont à disposition.Le magnifique océan peut être atteint à pied. Il est à peu près à 500 mètres. Il y a un grand parking gratuit près de la plage, si l'on préfère prendre la voiture.Voilà, c'est une location parfaite pour passer de belles vacances.

Nous avons été ravis d'accueillir Jean-Paul et Rachel. Des personnes très sympathiques, agréables, toujours souriants et très discrets. Nous les accueillerons de nouveau avec plaisir s'ils veulent revenir. Le studio a été laissé très propre. A recommander !

Séjour très agréable dans un gîte très bien équipé, fonctionnel à la décoration soignée. Les propriétaires sont très gentils, serviables tout en restant très discrets. Des vacances au top.

très agréable

Appartement très agréable, très propre et très bien équipé. il y a tout ce qu'il faut . La mise à disposition de vélos a été un plus non négligeable. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et accueillants. A relouer sans hésitation

C'est bien la première fois que nous recevons ce genre de commentaires... Manque d'intimité? pouvez-vous expliquer? Je vous ne donne pas d'étoile pour la communication tout par sms . Même pour nous dire qu'ils repartaient plus tôt chez pour raisons familiales .

Au top!

L’appartement convient parfaitement à un couple. Il est très agréable, fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé. Il est très bien situé, dans une zone pavillonnaire calme , proche du centre et de la plage. De plus, les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles.

À deux pas de la plage, ce studio est spacieux, tout équipé et très coquet. Les propriétaires sont très gentils et surtout très disponibles, ce qui est réellement agréable. Nous avons passé un super séjour.

Studio trés agréable et possédant tout le confort souhaité.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour d'une semaine dans ce studio de 28m², neuf ( il faut le préciser) et vraiment trés bien équipé, on a l'impression d'être chez soi, rien ne manque. Celui-ci se situe dans la continuité de la maison des propriétaires mais il n'y a aucune gêne puisque il y a un accés indépendant et la voiture est garée à proximité dans une allée du jardin. Les propriétaires sont trés discrets et trés gentils, toujours à l'écoute et ont eu plusieurs attentions gentilles à notre égard, on les remercie encore. Sans hésiter si nous devions revenir à LaBenne nous reviendrions chez eux. Le studio se situe à 800m de la plage principale et à 200m des divers 1ers commerces, on est au calme, nous avons passé de bonnes nuits à des températures tempérées au moment de la canicule de début Août 2018, c'est appréciable. A la plage vous pouvez y aller en vélo (2 VTT sont mis à disposition, le vélo est roi là-bas et il y a plein de pistes cyclables), ou bien en voiture (le parking de la plage est grand et gratuit). LaBenne est un petite village trés calme, à proximité vous avez des villes plus animées( c'est le moins que l'on puisse dire en été, il faut aimer) tels que Cap Breton, Hossegor.... LaBenne est donc bien centrée pour visiter les allants tours. En résumer un pied à terre idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances à LaBenne Océan. Phil et Manue. :o))
