Lovely seafront apartment

Just back from a relaxing 3 night stay here. The property itself was incredibly clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for a family of four with a lovely shaded balcony. There is a beautiful beach a few hundred metres away and a 15 minutes walk into Capbreton Centre Ville. Cycle hire and surf rental / lessons opposite. Would definitely come again. Thanks for a great stay Arantza!

Seul l’emplacement constitue un point positif. Pour le reste, le logement présente plusieurs limites : équipements de gamme basique, literie de qualité insuffisante, présence de vis-à-vis, absence de Wi-Fi et couverture réseau téléphonique limitée.Durant le séjour, les températures élevées ont rendu les nuits difficiles. L’aération était compliquée en raison de la présence de moustiques et aucun ventilateur n’a pu être mis à disposition malgré une demande formulée. Le séjour ayant été réglé intégralement en amont, aucune solution alternative n’a été proposée. Lors de la demande de départ anticipé, aucune adaptation des conditions n’a été possible, le propriétaire indiquant que les équipements correspondaient à ceux listés dans l’annonce.Le séjour a donc été écourté en raison de ces conditions. Un échange est en cours avec Abritel afin d’examiner une demande de dédommagement.Au regard des prestations et du niveau de confort, le rapport qualité/prix apparaît élevé. Le logement peut éventuellement convenir en intersaison pour des voyageurs ayant des attentes limitées en matière de confort.

Il est important de lire la description de l'appartement avant de le louer. Sinon, les frustrations ne tardent pas à arriver. L'absence de Wi-Fi a d'ailleurs été le premier motif de plainte. Apparemment, c'était un point important, car à partir de là, les plaintes se sont multipliées. Je ne suis pas responsable de la canicule ni de la présence de moustiques dans le jardin. Quitter l’appartement plus tôt est une décision personnelle qui appartient à chacun. Il n’est pas correct de chercher la petite bête partout pour ensuite réclamer une indemnité parce que vous êtes parti plus tôt que prévu. Bien sûr, c’est à vous d’en fixer le montant, ainsi que le jour de départ (après avoir profité du week-end) et l’heure. L'appartement de vacances offre tout ce qui est indiqué sur le site. Je regrette votre déception, mais je m'en tiens aux 76 autres avis, toujours très positifs, dont certains sont immédiatement antérieurs au vôtre, même si vous les considérez comme basiques et limités.

Calme et idéalement situé !

Un appartement idéalement situé au calme et à 2 pas d’une plage magnifique. Nous y avons séjourné en famille, avec nos 2 jeunes enfants, et avons pu profiter de tous les avantages de cette belle région. Appartement propre et très pratique. Échanges faciles et très clairs avec Arantza. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

idéalement situé

au calme et à 2 pas de l'océan, pour la 3ieme annee nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement la plage des oceanides est magnifique avec un club de surf topissime juste a côté le bar restaurant Soweto nous offre une restauration hyper sympa avec un point de vue magnifique pour les couchers de soleil tout est a proximité en velo un bonheur

idéalement situé au bord de l ocean

2ieme année que nous relouons cet appartement, 2 mn à pieds de la plage des Oceanides avec un club de surf excellent et le bar restaurant Soweto à 10mn en vélo du centre de capbreton, 15mn de Hossgore bref on adore, et surtout situé dans une résidence très calme, aucun bruit bref, on adore

Magnifique appartement

Appartement magnifique, d'une propreté rare, bien équipé. Idéalement placé à quelques pas de la plage. Un peu éloigné du centre mais idéal en vélo car pourvu de nombreuses pistes cyclables. Un hôte disponible prévenant et bienveillant. Que du bonheur!! Je recommande mille fois!!!

Idéalement situé pour apprenti surfeurs ou confirmer location de surf sur la dune

Facilement accessible avec les directives des propriétaires, un parking privé un box pour les vélos et surf . Il est préférable d'avoir des vélos pour aller en centre ville. La meilleure connexion internet est Bouygues, free ne passe pas dans le bâtiment.
