On foot, near the historic center, the train station, buses and road access to beaches and highway. Shops, restaurants, buses and parking lots at the foot of the building.
It is located on the 3rd floor opposite the Ladies of France, a building with great looks built on the old ramparts, figurehead of the city of Perpignan, located at the entrance of the city on the large Place de Catalogne.

It consists of a living room, a bathroom and a separate functional fitted kitchen.
