Pleasant T2 of 40m2 on the 5th floor of a residence facing the sea with garden and swimming pool.
This 2-room apartment, very bright, facing south, opens onto a terrace and offers views of the SEA, BEACH, POND and MOUNTAIN.
Direct access to the beach via the Charles Trenet Promenade is without crossing a road.
All shops, restaurants and various services (post offices, annex of the Tourist Office, annex of the Town Hall ...) are nearby.
A special parking space is available.
A deposit of 500 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on departure if no damage is noted.

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage und eine faszinierende Aussicht. Die Küste ist zwar zersiedelt, die Lage direkt am Meer macht es mehr als wett. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ausreichend eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Die Wohnung ist auch ein guter Ausgangspunkt die Gegend zu erkunden. Ein ausfrücklicher Hinweis darauf, dass man Handtücher mitbringen muss, wäre schön gewesen.

Wir kommen wieder

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist so, wie sie im Inserat beschrieben ist und wie man auf den Bildern sieht. Das Wlan ist sehr stabil, ich konnte gut Arbeiten. Es war eine der schönsten Ferienwohnungen, in denen wir bis jetzt waren. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft, man sieht vom Balkon aus die Kitesurfer, man geht aus der Anlage und ist am Strand. Gut fanden wir den Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört.Die Anlage selbst ist gepflegt Einkaufen kann man alles fußläufig, wenige Minuten und man ist beim Bäcker, Metzger und einem kleinen Supermarkt. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Wunderbarer Canigou

Das Panorama vom Balkon ist traumhaft... die Pyrenäen und der Canigou immer im Blick, der Balkon windgeschützt bei Stürmen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Hier kann man sehr gut entspannen und schnell wunderbare Natur in der Umgebung erleben!!!

Wunderschön

Wir, d.h. älteres Ehepaar mit 2 Hunden, hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in der top gelegenen und eingerichteten Wohnung, in der nichts fehlte. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum lief angenehm leise und effizient. Der Blick auf das Meer, die Berge und die Lagune war sehr, sehr schön. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Aufzug angenehm groß und schnell. Der Parkplatz liegt nah zum Eingang und ist groß genug. Unser Vermieter, Herr Gerber, war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar mit guten Tipps, z.B. für ein Fischgeschäft in der Nähe. Es hat uns 4 so gut gefallen, dass wir bald für mehr Wochen wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert, auch mit Hund.

Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour🥰 L'appartement est très bien agencé, très fonctionnelle, très propre et très agréable à vivre😊 La climatisation est vraiment très agréable vu les températures dans la région🌞, la place de parking attitré à l'appartement est vraiment la bienvenue. La vue de l'appartement est juste incroyable entre mer, montagne et lac ❤️ Très bien situé tout peut ce faire à pieds avec énormément de choses à visiter dans les alentours. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber! Sehr gut ausgestattet - mit allem was man braucht - Staubsauger, Bügeleisen, Kaffeemaschine (Kapseln), Waschmaschine, Tassen, Teller usw., Geschirrspülmaschine, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Fön, Fernseher, Klimaanlage, Deckenventilator. Tolle Terrasse mit unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das Meer, den Etang und die Berge. Genau wie auf den Bildern in der Wohnungsbeschreibung. Und Herr Gerber ist ein ausgesprochen freundlicher Mann und kümmert sich liebevoll um seine Gäste!

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans ce logement très propre, lumineux et très bien entretenu. L'appartement est bien agencé et la climatisation et le wifi fonctionnent très bien. Persönlicher Empfang durch Gastgeber, der uns die Einrichtung erklärte und selbst den Sat- Empfänger für dt.TV installierte. Perfekt eingerichtetes Apartment, großer Balkon mit Meerblick. Der Gastgeber stand bei Fragen jederzeit bereit. Jederzeit wieder, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Diese Ferienwohnung erfüllt alle Erwartungen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann das Meer und die Berge vom Balkon aus sehen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hervorragend gepflegt. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist super. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich und konnte gute Tipps für Restaurantbesuche und Ausflüge geben. Auch die gesamte Appartmentanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und ruhig.
