Quiet, 5 minutes from a pretty medieval village, 25 minutes from the beaches of Sainte Maxime and 50 minutes from the lakes of Sainte Croix (Gorges du Verdon) come and enjoy this beautiful contemporary villa completely renovated.
The living room consists of a living / dining room and a functional kitchen very well equipped and a central island.
An off-season heated swimming pool (27 ° until 30 June) 3 m in diameter will delight young and old. The shaded terrace will allow you to take your meals under the freshness of a bioclimatic arbor.
In the evening, you can watch your best movies on a screen of 2.50m diagonal with a sound worthy of a small movie theater.
The villa is located in an ideal place to reach Nice (1h), Toulon (45mn) or Saint tropez (45 mn).
You have a bakery at a hundred meters and a hypermarket 5 minutes by car. Not to mention the pizzas of Chris, next to the bakery which are a pure delight.
