rent beautiful provencal villa for 5 persons, nice garden with private swimming pool, view on the esterel and not far from the superb Rocher de Roquebrune, and its lakes,
15-20 km from the beaches of Frejus Saint-Raphael, Saint aygulf,
located in a quiet and wooded subdivision, shopping center at 700m.
The house has a large basement with a washing machine, a 2nd fridge and a freezer.
Bedding: 1 double bed 160x200 in one bedroom and 3 single beds (2 bunk beds with 1 drawer bed) in the other bedroom.

villa of 95 m2, air-conditioned rooms, recent construction, large balcony on one side, full foot on the other, magnificent view over the countryside not overlooked pool side, closed garage under the villa, plus carport on the side,
decoration neat, fireplace, very pretty independent kitchen, fully equipped,

Der Mailverkehr mit den Besitzern und der Empfang von Nathalie waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das pieksaubere Haus stieg sofort in unsere TOP 5, wenn nicht sogar TOP 3 auf: ruhige Lage in La Bouverie, einem stillen Wohnquartier von Roquebrune-sur-Argens, ausgestattet mit allem, was man erwarten kann und das auch noch sehr geschmackvoll. Die Küchenausstattung ist nicht nur umfangreich (Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, großer Kühlschrank, toller Herd…), auch Gewürze und andere Dinge, die man benötigt: alles da. Da wir nur eine kurze Anfahrt hatten, konnten wir schon nachmittags das erste Mal den wunderbar großen, privaten Pool benützen. Die Liegen mit Auflagen sehr bequem, ebenso die Verandamöbel. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, die Klimaanlage war bei unseren Temperaturen lebensrettend. Einkaufen kann man im Ortszentrum, dort gibt es einen Supermarkt, zwei Bäcker und auch Restaurants. Und zu sehen gibt’s in der Umgebung auch einiges. Wir kommen sofort wieder, wenn’s nicht so heiß ist.

Geweldige villa

We hebben 2 weken gebruik gemaakt van deze prachtige villa. We werden heel hartelijk ontvangen door onze host en konden bij haar terecht met al onze vragen. Het zwembad was geweldig en we hebben er dan ook veel gebruik van gemaakt met onze kinderen. De airco was op de warme dagen erg prettig. Een echte aanrader!

Schönes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen und es gab sogar eine Flasche einheimischen Weines. Das Haus liegt in der Nähe von Wanderwegen. Nur in dem Dorf ist leider nicht soviel zu entdecken. Aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt um in die nahegelegenen größeren Städte zu kommen. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt mit dem Highlight eines privaten Pools.

Das Haus sowie der Pool entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Das Haus ist toll ausgestattet. Die angeschlossene Terrasse mit Pool ist der ideale Ort, um ruhige und entschleunigende Tage zu verbringen. Die Kommunikation sowie der Empfang waren durch die Vermieter vorbildlich geregelt.

Top Adresse

Wir waren im August 2023 zum zweiten Mal in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist toll, top gepflegt und verfügt über alles was man im Urlaub braucht. Top ist auch der große Pool. Bei Temperaturen von 38 Grad haben wir diesen wieder besonders geschätzt. Die Nächte waren dank Klimaanlage kühl. Da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist konnte auch unsere Hündin sich frei bewegen und hat den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohnsiedlung. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ans Meer, nach Frejus oder Cannes. Wir waren wieder sehr zufrieden und kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.

Great stay with dogs

Great villa, pool larger than expected, clean and well maintained. Villa itself had everything you needed, outside Sun beds and tables were ideal. For dogs the place was fully enclosed and scrubland behind to walk on. Local shops a short walk for coffee, bakery and pizza. We were lucky to see wild Boer twice overnight. Would stay again

Erholung und Entspannung in schöner Umgebung.

Das Haus ist sehr gut aufgeteilt, war sehr sauber und der Pool das Highlight der Kinder. Man fühlt sich frei und unbeobachtet, weil der Wohn- und Poolbereich nicht einsehbar ist. Der Ausblick ist toll, die Klimaanlage beschert angenehme Nächte und man bekommt leckeres Baguette in der nahgelegenen Boulangerie zum Frühstück. Der Strand ist toll und angemessener Nähe - mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Fazit: Ein toller Urlaub mit allem, was man braucht! Danke auch an Nathalie für die nette Betreuung vor Ort.

Sehr schönes Haus mit wundervollem Pool

Es waren wunderbare 2 Wochen in einem sehr schönem Haus. Alles da, von der Waschmaschine bis zum Carport für das Auto. Ringsherum Ruhe und keinerlei Einsicht in das Grundstück. Wunderschöner Pool, den wir bei der Wärme auch wirklich genossen haben. Einfach Klasse.

"Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa au mois de juillet 2012. Les prestations dont nous avons pu bénéficier dépassent largement la description de l''annonce : maison très bien équipée (multiples robots et ustensiles de cuisine, système de surveillance vidéo, etc...), dans une résidence calme et avec une piscine sans vis-à-vis aucun. Les propriétaires ainsi que la personne qui nous a reçus en leur nom - que nous remercions pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité - sont très sympatiques, serviables et joignables. Nous avons véritablement passé de très bonnes vacances et retenons la bonne adresse pour nos prochains séjours dans le Sud."
