Welcome to the beach!

Our 2 bed/2 bath condo with high speed internet/WIFI and many resort amenities is situated in the Family Friendly Horizon South Resort and Condominiums on the desirable west end of Panama City Beach. Horizon South is conveniently located and offers private beach access just steps from the properties gated entrance putting you only minutes from enjoying the beautiful white sand and water of Panama City Beach.

This spacious two bedroom two bath ground floor condo offers you a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed along with a full bathroom. The guest bedroom is a loft style with two queen beds and a full bathroom. There is also a comfortable queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The condos vaulted ceiling has ceiling fans to keep you comfortably cool while using the central air conditioning. The kitchen is also fully stocked with all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils needed to make a gourmet meal or just something quick and easy. Included in our condo is a sizable private patio with seating to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Perfect place to enjoy outside dining and also a great place to store your beach gear.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums has 4 swimming pools (one heated in the cooler months), one kiddie pool, and a hot tub. You will have access to all the large recreation areas where you may play horseshoes, tennis/pickleball, shuffleboard and mini-golf. Wristbands are required to be on the property and must be worn at all times. this is a condo association requirement. The current cost is $20.00 per person for anyone 6yrs of age and older.

No need waiting for elevators or wondering where your car is. Conveniently park right outside your ground floor condo, making it easy for you, your family and friends to come and go. Parking pass is required and must be displayed at all times. This is a condo association requirement. The current cost is $25.00 per vehicle for up to two vehicles.

This condo features a stackable washer/dryer, flat screen smart Tv's and WiFi. Enough complimentary supplies to get your vacation started, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry soap, and some essential kitchen supplies.

Horizon South Resort and Condominiums is close to area attractions. This gated community is close to Pier Park which features shopping, dining and entertainment. It is conveniently located near Frank Brown Park, Aaron Bessant Park and area attractions such as Wonderworks, Zoo World Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, Gulf World Marine Park, Shell Island, Shipwreck Island Waterpark and just moments away from championship golf courses.

We loved this property. It was secure, private, away from spring breakers, very quiet. The amenities were everything we needed from kitchen utensils to buckets for the beach. We had a lovely outdoor patio to privately eat. The resort would typically have access to multiple pools, pickle ball, tennis courts, horse shoes, mini golf, but a good portion of those amenities were not available due to COVID-19. We were right across the street from the beach. Took about 5 minutes to walk there. We were conveniently located to grocery, shopping and dining experiences. In fact, we found them all to be within walking distance, but we were wanting to soak up all the warm temperatures and outdoors before heading back to the cold north. I would definitely stay here again! Kudos to the owner for a condo that made us feel right at home! Not to mention, the older couple in an adjacent property that helps maintain the property introduced themselves and made themselves available if needed. LOVED our Panama City Beach Vacation!

Spending time with family and friends is very important to us. My husband and I found this little slice of heaven and love spending time on the beach with our family and friends. We visit as often as we can with our busy lives. Our hope is that you will love our happy place as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We have always loved the beach and our condo is perfect. It is centrally located to be near all the things we love. Definitely close to the beautiful white sand beach. It is close to all major attractions and Pier Park. We can walk to most places. We adore meeting new people and the area is full on warm and charming locals and tourists, some we can call friends for life.
