Good spot and nice place but no one came to clean the rooms the entire 3 day stay, even after we called the front desk to make sure they would, and only 1 trash bag provided so no place to put garbage after a day or two

Good but with issues

The room was good and accommodated all 8 people that stayed there. However there were a few issues with the room and hotel. - Main room toilet was not flushing. Had to call maintenance and when they unplugged it, you could tell there had been a big build up of clogged paper. - T.V. was not turning on, after calling maintenence, the wall plug had been shooting sparks. - One of the pools was not working for the whole weekend. Holiday weekend, you'd expect all to be functioning good. Room repairs were completed timely, but pool was not. Overall, stay was still good.

We enjoyed our stay. We did have to purchase bath tissue and paper towels, only one roll was provided . Also; like others stated, the slider to the patio does have some issues. The frame started to separate from the glass due to a loose bolt. We had to use the master bedroom slider for patio access. Other than that, no complaints.

Beautiful place

The condo was spacious and accommodating. Beautiful views of the sea and night lights of the town's "Malecón". Couple of problems though: the cleaning wasn't done well (found some dirt/trash to include an old half lemon on the floor) and the railing on the balcony didn't inspire confidence to get close to it (there was a broken piece at the base of it). All of the staff was very cordial and willing to make our stay a great one. Our kids were thrilled with both the sea and the pool; specially with the kid slide. Personal note: I would have liked a better coffee maker but I made do with the one provided. Overall, wonderful stay and would rent again from ANY of the Sonoran Resorts.

I will say the staff were great, check in/out was easy and smooth. What we did not like- Our room did not have the water dispenser filled with water You have to bring your own beach towels The beds were ok, but bedding was gross. On the king bed, there were 2 flimsy pillows The showers took over 10 minutes to produce warm water The dishwasher did not work We were not given a sponge or any kitchen towels Every other place I have stayed at always provides salt/pepper/oil/etc. the chairs at the dining table had zero padding and hurt to sit on The Arcadia door was this thin metal handle snd hurt to open from the outside There was something In the laundry room that stunk the entire time we were there with each day getting stronger The pool connected to the swim up bar was beyond gross. It was hot and oily. It felt like it had zero aeration. The beach palapa were nice. But this resort does not prevent solicitors from constantly bothering you like other resorts. The elevators were incredibly slow and took forever to get to us. I have been to other resorts in Rocky point that are far better than this one. The clientele at this resort were not as desirable as other places. I really had high expectations as there were great reviews. But they definitely fell short!
