Wonderful pool and beach was not crowded at all! While the complex itself is a bit older, the unit is beautifully renovated and well stocked. We had a great stay!

Loved this condo! Very clean, conveniently located, updated, looks brand new. AC works great, wonderful views and although near the pool we didn’t hear anything at all. Balcony was great with perfect ocean view. Would definitely stay in this specific unit again!

We loved the home, the pool and covered parking. We would definitely stay here again. The only problem with this particular stay, was that they were working on the roof the entire time we were there. We were on the porch at 9:00 on Friday night and there was a guy above us with a headlamp, pounding on the roof. If we had known, we would have booked on the other wing of the condo.

We were here for the week for our 25th Anniversary. Everything about our stay was wonderful. My absolute only complaint is, I washed a load of clothes on the last night. Either the washer or dryer one left grease looking marks all over our clothes amd ruined them.

Beautiful Get-a-Way

Our family had a phenomenal vacation at your VRBO rental! The condo was beautiful and super cozy. The property was in the perfect location for spending some much needed time away, the beach, pool & the local restaurants were simply minutes away. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy! We will definitely nobe returning in the near future!

Beautiful and convenient

This property was exactly as shown, beautifully decorated and clean. This was our first time to St Simon and will definitely go again! This property if convenient at many restaurants and shopping. Plan to book this property for fitire visits. *did have an issue with the washing machine, ruined and entire load of white laundry. Hoping to get this taken care of with rental company, Not sure if it was unusually dirty or something had been washed in it previously!

Convenient unit beautiful area

The unit was nice and we enjoyed it. The dryer did not work and we notified on site office. We do know someone came but it never worked while we were there.
