This home is absolutely beautiful and has a true Mexican/Spanish charm from the moment you walk in. The majority of the house is on one level, with two attached bedroom casitas that are accessed from outside. This worked out perfectly for couples who wanted to retire early while others continued enjoying the main house in the evening.We had a group of 10 couples and never felt cramped. The home, patios, and outdoor areas have a large footprint and feel much more spacious than many of the newer homes being built in Pedregal. It truly felt like staying at a private small resort.Marilu, the owner, was wonderful. She greeted us with welcome margaritas, gave us a full tour of the property, and introduced us to the housekeeping and maintenance staff. She stayed in contact throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. When we asked for the pool temperature to be increased, she was able to adjust it remotely right away.Marilu also helped coordinate shuttle services through her concierge contacts, and the transportation was always on time and available when needed. Chef services were offered as well, although we did not end up using them.We especially appreciated Marilu’s hospitality, communication, and professionalism. Our original VRBO was cancelled just three days before our trip due to maintenance issues, and Marilu was able to accommodate our group and all of our needs on very short notice.
