GOOD TO KNOW

- Three-level hillside home with multiple staircases
- Not recommended for children or infants: staircases have no safety gates and the pool is unfenced
- Private residential community: quiet hours 10 PM–8 AM. Events require prior approval and may carry community fees.
- Parking for 2 cars on site; street parking is also available as long as neighbors` driveways are not blocked.
- No smoking or vaping inside the villa; smoking is allowed outdoors only. Any sign of smoking indoors will result in a deep-cleaning fee of up to $350 USD.
- Only registered guests may stay overnight. The nightly rate covers up to 10 guests; groups of up to 14 are welcome with an additional fee of $30 USD per guest, per night.
- No parties or events without prior approval from the host and the HOA. Unauthorized events may be penalized by the HOA.
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM (private residential community).
- Pets are allowed on request only, max. 20 lbs. The HOA charges a pet fee of $100 USD per pet, per stay.
- Not recommended for children or infants: the villa has multiple staircases without safety gates and an unfenced pool. If children are present, they must be supervised by an adult at all times, including in the Jacuzzi.
- Parking: 2 vehicles on site. Street parking is allowed as long as neighbors` driveways are not blocked.
- Plumbing: The villa is on municipal water and sewer, but the plumbing is sensitive. Flush toilet paper only. Wipes (including `flushable` wipes), feminine products or any other items are not allowed; clogs caused by these items may result in a charge of up to $250 USD.
- Please keep the villa and its furnishings in good order and use appliances only for their intended purpose.
- Linens and bath towels stay at the villa. Lost or missing beach towels are charged at $40 USD each.
- Housekeeping is available on request for an additional charge (daily except Sundays).
- Minimum age to book during spring break season (April and May) is 25.
- Storms and hurricanes: no refunds are given for weather, unless local authorities order a mandatory evacuation or a hurricane warning is in effect for your arrival dates, in which case unused nights may be refunded.
- The owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness or the loss of personal belongings. Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk.
