Nice house

Good location right off highway 307, convenient to Tulum, Coba, Cenotes. House is not fancy (no dishwasher, microwave, etc.) but comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed the roof top deck, refreshing dips in the pool.

Could be a good place

The house was large and had a very nice privacy fence with a very nice pool. However two of the showers were so dirty we didn't feel comfortable using them. The main issue I had was that the power kept going out and the property manager told us we could only use one air conditioner at a time to avoid it. Which was not enough to cool the house. And the power still kept going out. The power went out multiple times each day and it made it hard to charge our devices, shower, keep refrigerated things cold, etc. If it weren't for the power issue and the cleanliness, this would be a great place. The owner was very nice to talk to.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette magnifique propriété, elle est grande, elle est propre, la literie est parfaite, le jardin très bien entretenu par Liberto qui est charmant et très discret... La piscine, un vrai régal. Le propriétaire, Emilio est très sympathique et toujours joignable. La propriété est située près de Tulum et facile d'accès par la nationale. Je recommande vivement... Encore merci de toute la famille de nous avoir reçu dans votre Hacienda... Karine

Private property secured by high cement walls with ample parking inside the gates of the property. Private unheated pool, sun loungers, 4BR, 4BA, linens provided.
