This recently redecorated South Walton vacation rental’s soothing colors and ceramic wood floors offer a relaxing , modern ambiance with accommodations for up to six guests. The unit offers ample comfortable bedding , a well-supplied kitchenette, and a balcony from which to take in the sights and views of an active beach community or for just listening to the serenity of the nearby waves of the Gulf. Catch a glimpse of emerald green waters within view from the front windows.
Just a short walk across the street through the Gulf Place Arch, you’ll find the beach and waters of the Gulf of Mexico.Just outside for exploring are the conveniently located varied shops and restaurants of Gulf Place. A quick drive can
take you to colorful and intriguing South Walton towns such as Grayton Beach, Seaside, Rosemary Beach, and Alys Beach. For the shopper, there is Silver Sands Outlet Mall in Miramar Beach, The Destin Commons in Destin, and a 35 minute drive down 98 will take you to Pier Park Shopping Center in Panama City Beach. This condo is a premium location for a beach experience for both bustling activity and/or tranquil relaxation.

Communication with the owner was good. The unit was clean upon arrival. The unit had plenty of towels, kitchen utensils, a coffee maker that also had a Keurig. Plenty of hot water too.

Nancy was a wonderful host who went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The space is perfect for a couple or small family and the location of the condo is in the midst of everything. You are steps away from the beach, shopping, coffee, drinks and dining.

I live in Mississippi with my husband and have lived here for over 40 years. We have two grown sons, one who lives in Florida and one in Mississippi. I grew up in Kansas and obtained a degree in education eventually teaching 1st grade for 40 years. I am now a retired 1st grade teacher and enjoy visiting beautiful Florida to spend time near our son, daughter-in-law and our grandsons.

Why they chose this property

We love this area and the opportunity to visit our family who live near the condo. This is a beautiful area and not nearly as congested as near-by beach towns. We bought the condo several years ago and had it managed by a rental company, but now (being retired) have more time and decided to give it a more personal touch. We have upgraded with new paint, patio furniture, ceramic wood tile, and some new furniture. Reviews left in our visitor's book in the condo have been very complimentary and we want to continue providing our guests a great place to stay. We are not new owners, just new to this site.
