It was always a dream to own a beach home and in the spring of 2013, my father and I drove 2200 miles of the Florida coast until will found 30A. We loved the area instantly and so did the rest of the family. Scenic 30A is a unique and truly amazing place. We know you will feel the same way and our beach home is in the middle of it all.

My kids and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We had everything we needed and it was in a quiet area but close to everything. We would definitely book again!
This was a fantastic week at the cutest little bungalow. The location was amazing. The bungalow was so clean and comfortable. It had everything and more than we needed. We will definitely be back to stay here again. I am a crazy person about cleanliness and this place was impeccable! Thank you for a much needed fabulous spring break.
This was a great property. Clean. Great location. Perfect setup for my business partner and myself while we were down on a short business trip. Great communication. Everything was great. I hope to come back sometime for a vacation.
This vacation rental was just wonderful. The bungalow was fully furnished and clean. Having an equipped laundry makes you realize that you could have brought 1/2 the clothes you so diligently packed. Great place to just relax and take in the serenity of the beach life.
