About this property

Oceanfront condo with direct beach access, pool, and elevator

***DUE TO CONSTRUCTION BEYOND OUR CONTROL*** the use of our balcony will be strictly prohibited from the middle of May through the middle of July (actual dates will be updated once we receive them from our property HOA). *Please note that we have already significantly lowered the nightly rates due to this inconcenience.
*Guests should also expect various levels of noise throughout the day from Monday - Friday. We have also lowered the nightly rates due to this inconvenience, as other balconies are being worked on right now.
*If you have questions about the construction please feel free to contact owner before booking.

The Saltwater Gospel is an oceanfront 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo located on the second floor of the Windjammer complex on the west end of Ocean Isle Beach. The master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV and en suite. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds, a flatscreen TV and a full bath. There are new leather couches and a flatscreen TV in the living room. The dining table seats 4 and there are 4 stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The private balcony has a table and seating along with unobstructed views of the "Gem of the Brunswick Islands" and an easy sight line of friends and family down on the beach.

Property amenities include an elevator, a private walkway to the beach, an outdoor shower, a large community pool (seasonal use only) and outdoor grilling area and internet. Nearby activities include golf, dining, shopping, fishing, seasonal turtle watching and easy access to Wilmington, Calabash or Myrtle Beach.

NO SMOKING AND NO PETS.

We do not provide towels or bed linens. Guests can bring their own or rent from places such as Angies Linen.

The condo association does not permit jet skis, boats, trailers or golf carts in parking spaces.

A parking pass is required and will be available upon check-in.

Check In is at 2 pm and Check Out is at 10 am

This oceanfront condo has beautiful views and is very comfortable. Nice location on Ocean Isle…quiet area but close enough to restaurants. We hope to return to this condo in the future. Also the host was very responsive to all questions.

The ocean views from this location were amazing. The host was very accomodating when we needed to push our arrival day back one day.I wish that the info regarding the guest needing to bring their own bed linens and towels were on the site advertisement page instead of the after booking instructions. This would have probably affected whether we reserved a stay at this place. The king bedroom bedding did not appear clean as there were stains on the throw. We did not use them as we brought our blankets along with bed linens.

Incredibly awesome hosts! They went far above and beyond any expectations with their kindness and understanding during the “worst blizzard in 35 years” with 15” of snow. They were equally easy to communicate with regarding my lack of knowledge to operate the tv system. All around great people and their condo was absolutely perfect! Exactly as described, bed was VERY comfortable (only can vouch for the master as it was only my husband and I). All appliances worked perfectly, front room furniture was very comfortable, everything was great! Would highly recommend.

Our host were very good with communication. The location was amazing!!!! There was construction on the building we were unaware of and had it been the summer or not during a holiday I am sure it would have hindered our stay. Parking is tight for larger vehicles closer to the property but that’s not something that is the owners issue just letting people know who drive bigger vehicles coming in on vacation. Overall it was a great stay.

Had a great stay to celebrate my mom’s 73rd birthday weekend. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Linens/towels not provided but were easy to rent through Angie’s Linens. Ocean views and beach access was perfect. Walked to dinner at Le VoLTE. Fab! The best part was the communication of our host and how she went above and beyond. Good customer is rare these days and our host gave extraordinary service to make our stay not just good but great.

Why they chose this property

I have been coming to Ocean Isle Beach every summer with my family since 1986. Some of my fondest memories of childhood are the summer nights we spent on the beach playing volleyball together. Throughout the years, OIB has been the backdrop for some very special memories... all 3 of my children put their toes in the ocean for the first time while standing on OIB sand. Throughout it all, Ocean Isle Beach has remained a clean and family friendly beach. We are so excited to share this very special beach with our guests so that they can create their own OIB memories.

What makes this property unique

Our condo has stunning unobstructed views of the beach. Guests can watch the sun rise and fall, dolphins swim, pelicans dive, and most importantly, have an easy sight line to other friends/family members down on the beach. It is also conveniently located near the elevator and near the Isles Restaurant & Tiki Bar.
