Inconfortable, trop chaud, pas assez de ventilateur

Prévoir un ventilateur soi même car celui fourni est insuffisant pour 2 pièce. Il fait plus frais dehors sur la terrasse.Demander un parking car non prévu et difficile dans les alentours. Heure de sortie 9h 30 alors que l'entrée est à 14h !!

Bonjour Moniseur Ben Youssef, Vous avez payé l' appartement moins cher mais vous voulez avoir le même conditions que si vous aviez payé pour le plus chèr. Dans la décription cetait bien claire qu' il y avait pas parking pour cet appartement mais de tout façon nous vous n' avons donne un GRATUITEMENT en face de la porte d'entrée des appartements. L' heure d'entrée c'est a13h pas à 14h et la de sortie a 9h ( il faut nettoyer les appartments pour 13h et si ils sont très sales comme vous l' avez laissé, il faut passer plus de temps), mais vous avez fait c'est ce que vous avez vulu et vous avez sorti a 10:30h GRATUITEMENT aussi. En plus vous etiez dégreable á la réception même que Nous avons essayé de vous faire comprendre, (heureusement que après il a venu vôtre femme quie etait plus gentil.) même que Nous avons fait tout le posible pour vous aider. Jamais personne a dit que l' appartement c'est inconfortable, il y a des clients qui vient chaque anée depuis des anées. Il faut lire ce que une personne reserve. Merci, APARTAMENTOS EL BERGANTI
