Petit appartement très bien agencé même si un peu vieillot avec un rez de jardin très appréciable et une terrasse qui est vraiment une pièce de plus. La salle de bain est refaite. Heureusement que nous n'avons pas eu de voisins au dessus tout le séjour car c'est très mal isolé mais nos voisins étaient très discrets. Le linge de maison fourni est vraiment appréciable.Il n'y a aucun siège vraiment confortable, ce qui nuit un peu au confort. La clim est bienvenue pour rafraîchir lorsque nous sommes en vadrouille.Notre séjour a été très agréable, nous aimons beaucoup séjourner à l'arrière de Rosas, proche de tout en voiture ou à vélo. Merci à Nina qui est à l'écoute de ses hôtes.

Wir hatten viel Spaß und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Kommunikation war einfach und bei Fragen gab es immer eine schnelle Rückmeldung. Danke dafür. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber bietet alles, was man braucht und hat eine tolle Terasse zum Sitzen. Die Klimaanlagen waren angenehm und das WLAN war gut. Man kommt mit dem Auto schnell zum Strand, der wunderschön ist. Das Bett ist recht hart und könnte bequemer sein. Zusätzlich ist das Haus sehr hellhörig, sodass man, wenn oben auch Urlauber unterkommen, sehr viel hören kann. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in der Wohnung!

Excellent séjour

L’appartement est très agréable, très propre, aucun vis à vis, il reste frais et on peut facilement faire circuler l’air. Sur 16 jours, nous n’avons utilisé la climatisation que 2 jours pendant lesquels il a fait 38 degrés, sinon pas la peine. Nous avons pris quasiment tous nos repas sur la belle terrasse. Le voisinage est très calme. Tous les équipements sont de bonne qualité, le lit est très confortable. Nous avions l’impression d’être dans notre propre maison de vacances. La communication avec Nina est simple, elle est très attentive au bon déroulé du séjour.

Wir hatten vom 2.2.-29.3.25 gebucht. Sind am 22.2. wieder ausgezogen, weil die Außenwand im Schlafzimmer und Bad feucht wurde und Schimmelflecken sichtbar wurden. Habe die Eigentümerin informiert, worauf Sie mich aufforderte, nicht über 18 zu heizen. Und das im Winter. Wie bitteschön soll das gehen ?

Bitte lassen Sie mich die Situation richtig stellen: Die Wohnung wurde durch die Mieter drei Wochen lang dauerhaft auf mehr als 25 Grad Celsius hoch geheizt ohne dabei sachgemäß zu lüften. Dies verursachte Kondenswasser und Schimmelbildung. Die Bitte, die Temperatur auf reguläre 18-22 Grad einzustellen, wurde abgelehnt, worauf die Mieter gebeten wurden, vorzeitig auszuziehen. Die Wohnung musste nach Auszug der Mieter getrocknet, speziell gereinigt und desinfiziert sowie mehrfach neu gestrichen werden. Es ist sehr traurig, dass mit fremdem Eigentum so fahrlässig umgegangen wurde.

Super Aufenthalt

Diese Ferienwohnung kann ich nur empfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit Nina war total unkompliziert. Sie hat bei allen Fragen sofort geantwortet und alles geregelt. Im Haus hat nichts gefehlt, von Küchenutensilien bis Kleinigkeiten wie Toilettenpapier, Badetücher und sogar ein Grill auf derTerasse, die wirklich ein riesen Vorteil der Wohnung ist! Man konnte auf der Terrasse gut entspannen. Auf dem Grundstück kann man ein Auto parken. Das Auto ist empfehlenswert, damit kann man innerhalb von 10 min alles erreichen. Bei Nina möchte ich mich bedanken, wir waren sehr gut aufgehoben . Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Eugenia
