- We require interim cleanings by our professional cleaner for stays of 15 days or more. For stays of 21+ days, additional cleaning charges may apply to the final cleaning.

PLEASE NOTE:
-This is a duplex with separate entrances and separate outdoor areas and parking on opposite ends of the house. Guests in this unit have exclusive use of the stone patio.
-We have sound-proofed common walls, but you may hear sounds from the other unit. Please let us know of noise is a problem so we can address the issue.
-The house is treated regularly by our exterminator. Please let us know if you see any bugs.
