Welcome to The Cozy....There's room for the entire family at this fully remodeled, spacious, and centrally-located from multiple attractions. Tucked away on a quiet tree-lined street, you're only minutes away from downtown Atlanta, Truist Park, Mercedes Benz Stadium, Midtown, The Works, and more!
This open space home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a separate living and family room. The primary bedroom has a private ensuite bath and the 3 guest rooms share a full bath. The rear deck is the perfect spot for morning coffee or evening gatherings. Plenty of parking space and a big front yard and a large private back yard.

The Cozy was perfect. The location was close to everything we needed. It was super comfortable. Nice quiet neighborhood. Everyone enjoyed our stay. The owners made sure we had everything and gave us tons of money dead of what to do while we were there and checked in on us several times. Perfect.

2025 Spelman Graduation

The street is quiet and the house is a comfortable environment. Host is responsive and has anticipated your needs while away from home. We celebrated my daughter’s graduation from Spelman college. My family enjoyed their stay at this home.
