High standing apartment in the center of Guéliz in a quiet street, parallel to Avenue Mohamed 5, between Marrakech Plaza (Mc Donald's and Zara) and Place de la Liberté, ten minutes walk from the Medina.

Recognized as one of the most beautiful residence in Marrakech, with 24-hour caretaker, video surveillance, the roof terrace with a magnificent view of the atlas and the famous koutoubia.

Surface of 81m2 very sunny new apartment, composed of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern living room, an American kitchen and a beautiful terrace.

The apartment is fully air conditioned (hot and cold), it is equipped with wifi and has a subscription on pay channels (canalsat, channel + beinsport aljazeera sport etc ...), the fully equipped American kitchen (toaster, nesspresso, oven , washing machine, microwave, hair dryer, iron, etc.) overlooks a dining area in front of the bay window of the 13 m2 terrace, the living room and the parental bedroom are equipped with a LED screen 42 inch full hd.

Host is excellent. He goes above and beyond for you. He makes sure you know what is around. Apartment is in a great location. You can walk to all main attractions or take a taxi for about 5 dollars. Excellent place to stay.

The apartment is perfectly located in an area with many restaurants, spas, salons, shopping. it equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and even extra towels. The AC was very cold, everything was awesome. Momo and his team were very responsive and made everything easy. They also helped when I left items at them apartment. Highly recommend !

Great location

The location of this apartment is in the guliz area of Marrakesh. Everything is nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. We were 3 guests and there was ample room. The host was super friendly and helpful. Provided extra towels and pillows upon request. Restaurants as soon as you come out of the apartment.

First trip to Marrakesh

Great location to see the sites and the trips we booked, felt very safe and many good restaurants close by to us, the breakfasts are great value for money and generally food is cheaper than the UK. The carrefour supermarkets do sell alcohol but you need to search restaurants for ones that will sell alcohol as they are limited. Great host and apartment very good and great it had two bathrooms.

The place is in a fantastic location close to the Medina. Everyone there is super friendly. Chrif Hachimi is one of the nicest gentlemen and was such a pleasure to be around. He was extremely kind and helpful. I love everything about the place as did my mom. It was nice being able to have my wife and her family come over to cook dinner as the place had a wonderful kitchen. I definitely hope I can stay here again next year when I come out. Place was very clean and the balcony was beautiful. I also appreciate the man who stayed downstairs and seemed to be the overall condominium caretaker. He was very kind and helpful. Again a fantastic place with fantastic people.

The apartment was fantastic! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the old part of the town, so we could easily explore the area on foot. There’s a supermarket right across the street and plenty of restaurants nearby with great dining options. Our host was outstanding. He was always available when we needed help and kindly assisted us with all of our questions. His attentiveness and helpfulness made our stay even better. Overall, a highly recommended apartment that I would love to stay in again!

Great apartment

Very comfortable apartment located in a convenient spot close to shops, park, less than 30min walk from the medina. Owner is super helpful and responsive.Internet speed was very slow (500kbps) so keep this in mind if you plan to do video calls, etc. Also if you plan to drive the entry and exit from the garage is quite a challenge. Overall a good experience.

Very dirty place

Pros: the layout was good and the location was great - close enough to the Medina and in a great safe place with numerous restaurants. Cons: the host was late so we had to drive around the block for 25 minutes even though we repeatedly communicated the time of our arrival. The place was very dirty - hairs in the bathroom, oil on the stove, even dirty tea kettle, etc. We really tried to stay away from the kitchen. Bathrooms were disgusting.

Schöner Urlaub im Herzen von Marrakesch

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist perfekt. Zu Fuß kann man die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Marrakesch erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war stehts unkompliziert und schnell. Sollten wir nochmals einen Urlaub in Marrakesch planen, würden wir diese Wohnung erneut buchen!

Fantastic apartment clean and close to all amenities.

Agréable séjour dans la sublime ville de Marrekech dans un logement central et confortable

Bel appartement bien situé et moderne proche de toutes commodités (transport, commerces, lieux d'intérêts...). Chaleureux accueil d'ABDEL qui était à l'heure et répondait à tous nos questions. Propriété à recommander sans hésitation.
