Nice appartement in the New City of Marrakech

I had a pleasant stay in this appartement, felt safe in the building and the surrounding. The appartement is equipped with everything one needs for a couple of days. Would stay there again.

Great Apartment/Location

Great apartment in Gueliz, the apartment it self is on a side road so it's not noisy but you do have fancy coffee houses and restaurants just outside. I had everything I needed in the apartment, washing machine, ironing etc. The owner was great too.

Absolutely filthy!

The apartment was absolutely filthy. All the surfaces, walls and especially the floor. I made the mistake to walk around the apartment with bare feet, my feet were absolutely blackened with dirt. It must be several years since this apartment was cleaned. The kitchen worktop all surfaces, inside cupboards, the pots pans, cutlery, the walls were all filthy. The one star review is only because I can’t give it zero.

i am very suprised by this pakistani customer because is not realistic. when he arrived he said he had a problem with the tap in the toilets.I intervened immediatly but pretending that the had work to do ! still don't know what the problem is . Still don't know whatthe problem is. the bad faith of certain customers harms future customers.jus look at the general bill for my apartment and wiil quickly understan. but no doubt counting the numner of vodka bottjes on the floo justifies the vusual duplication;too bad for you . You rate me 0 and well i give 5 stars all the selections except for control see you again

Andrey a été super sympa pour nous accueillir et montrer l accès à son appartement très joliment décoré d objets marocains telles que 2 tables en zellidge . Par chance il y avait un parking à disposition . Très bel appartement très placé dans les beaux quartiers de Gueliz près du centre historique de Marrakech

One of the best rents in Marrakech Gueliz,

The apartment was good as on pictures, simple but nice calm neighborhood near to everything mall groceries .... Mr Henry is kind person too i don't know what to say but the holidays were perfect and we enjoyed in i recommend + we will return when we can, for sure

Very comfortable and independent accommodation

I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights and really appreciated the accommodation. I found the apartment very clean, modern and spacious. All the essential kitchen tools were provided, although not so many for cooking more than an essential dinner. Bed was very comfortable. The location was very discrete and safe, with plenty of good restaurants and shops at walking distance. The city center was also easily reachable by a short walk along a main road. Only disappointment was about wifi, which needed to be recharged by the tenant at extra charge. Overall, an excellent choice for an accommodation out of the crowd city center but at walking distance from it.

Les photos correspondent exactement à l appart.c est très propre tres bien équipe situation idéal tous les petits restaurant des environs sont très bien offrent de bons plats marocains nous recommendrons cette adresse à des amis le centre ville est a 2 pas ainsi que les commerçants le propriétaire nous a accueillis tres gentiment l immeuble est tranquille il dispose d un parking garde cet appart est vraiment tres bien

Bel appartement au centre de Marrakech

Bel appartement, très bien entretenu, bien équipé (clim dans toutes les pièces, cuisine avec tous les accessoires nécessaires,...). Fort bien situé : à quelques pas de l'hôtel Renaissance, vous êtes à 10 mn à pied des jardins Majorelle et, moyennant 10 dirhams (moins de 1€) un petit taxi vous déposera place djemaa el fna (ou ailleurs). Enfin, Henry le propriétaire vous propose un accueil à l'aéroport et est tout à votre disposition en cas de pépin (autant vous dire qu'il n'y en a pas eu). Bref, un appartement idéal pour partir à la découverte de Marrakech.

Etant habitué à cette location calme, le propriétaire viens de le refaire entièrement avec un nouveau design, beaucoup plus clair et agréable ,vraiment très beau. Je vous le conseille ,mais réserver suffisamment tôt
