Great time with friends and family.

Easy check-in process. Great one bedroom condo with plenty of space for the 3 of us. Needed to request sheets for the sofa sleeper. Some things to consider: New blanket needed and have cleaning crew clean grout in shower tiles along with the caulking around shower door track-noticeable mildew present.

It was good. Enjoyed my time. This is my 5th time staying here. Convenient. Would rather have contact thru owners like we do our canbin rental thru VRBO than deal with Brett Staff. They are overwhelmed.

Minor issues

The headboard on the bed was not attached properly and the mattress needs to be replaced. The water in the bathtub did not get hot enough. The water was hot enough everywhere else. Everything else was great and recently renovated. We would definitely rent again if these items are addressed.

I did not have any dealings with a property manager but the survey made me answer the question. Another thing, we were shocked at the construction going on. We understand it’s improving the area but we were not told up front. If we had known we would have stayed else where.

Perfect couples get away.

The room size was perfect for me and my husband. We loved that the room was on the eleventh floor. The beachfront view was beautiful. Flora-Bama bar/grill made lunch time very convenient being directly next door. We would walk over from the beach in our swimsuits and get a drink and some food. Ran into a small issue with the tub not draining, but maintenance was able to fix it promptly.
