Phoenix X Unit 705- One bedroom Gulf front unit with king bed and a queen sofa sleeper that sleeps 4. The unit has tiled floors throughout except master and it has beautiful hardwood floors. This unit has one bath accessible to master and hall and a half bath in hallway. The kitchen is fully furnished with new appliances, tiled backsplashes, granite counters, updated cabinets and seats four at table and three at bar.

Phoenix X boasts great amenities including, but not limited to: large gulf front outdoor pool area with an adequately sized 1' deep kiddie pool and large sunning deck surrounding the pool with plenty of lounge chairs, gulf front outdoor charcoal grill and gazebo covering a table with seating, large indoor heated pool, 3 indoor hot tubs, sauna, indoor racquet ball court, indoor fitness center, and a great lobby with large fountain, multiple tables, chairs, sitting areas, television, coffee area and all with a Gulf front view!

Directly across from the Condo is the Flora-Bama Marina. From the Flora-Bama marina you can take a dolphin cruise, rent a boat, rent a Jet Ski, rent paddle boards, and rent kayaks.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival. You are allowed one with this property. Parking passes are around $60 each. Ike’s Beach Service is in charge of the tent space on the beach and guest can call them for a spot at

* Due to the Covid-19 crisis, all comforters have been removed from beds. We have replaced with a quilt that is washed with each stay. If you prefer heavier bedding, you may want to bring extra bedding. We want to do our best to offer a sanitized clean bed for your stay.

Perfect Family Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family of four, with the kids comfortably sleeping on the couch sleeper. Having two bathrooms was a huge plus. The indoor pool and hot tubs were a big hit with the kids, and the large outdoor pool with direct beach access made it even better. Our 6-year-olds called it their favorite vacation yet! It was peaceful during our stay on weekdays, and we were lucky to be a couple of weeks ahead of the spring break crowds. Highly recommend for a relaxing and family-friendly beach getaway!

Did I mention it was great! 😊. The condo is right on the beach, the beaches are absolutely beautiful and clean! The building was clean every day and night! it always smelled and looked fresh and clean. Our condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean and had all the necessities on arrival. We didn’t have any trouble with anything in the condo and would stay there again. We enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was great. The condo was great. That bed is freaking horrific! We called white shores realty to just see if they had anything they could give us to put on the mattress. No one ever called us back. We spent a whole freaking week moving from the horrific bed to the horrific couch bed. And we paid a lot for it.... monetarily and with total body pain. So...Great condo...Great scenery...Great location.... Great decor...OMG So clean.... BUT We literally suffered all week on these mattresses. For the love of all that is holy, please replace the mattresses!

Love Phoenix X!

I always try to stay here! Every thing was good and I would give 5stars if the condo didn’t smell like mold. It was overwhelming when we walked in. Thought we would air it out, open the balcony. But it didn’t help. It attached to our clothes when we went to visit some friends, I could smell it on our clothes. On our way home now and my pillow smells like mold. I’m not sure how to fix that or where it’s coming from, maybe the air vents? But definitely needs an air purifier or something. It’s right beside Florabama so it made up for it! We had everything we needed. Comforter could be a little thicker and there was no bedding for the fold out couch.

Sand in my boots

Stayed here for sand in my boots! I bought shuttle passes but did not buy the condo/shuttle package, so we couldn’t use the special shuttle stop here but there’s one close by and it worked out great! Room was clean and exactly as described. We had no issues with our stay here.

Great weekend get away!

Great location and condo. So refreshing to go to a clean condo and everything is clean and all appliances and utilities in kitchen work. Never had to call housekeeping or maintenance for anything. Also, you can park and never have to leave until checkout. Lots of entertainment and food options within walking distance. We will definitely try to rent in the future.
