It was such a pleasure for me too actually meet Mike and Char. Such nice people. They left the house very clean took very good care of everything. I wish they could have stayed longer as well. Just a kind of people I love staying at my vacation home. I hope you do come back, because they are definitely welcome. Just all around great couple. Glad they had a great time while they're down here

Robert was a problem from day one. About the dryer, it did break down 2 days before he checked out. As soon as I found out about it I was on the phone and had my home warranty people contact the appliance repair people. The soonest they could get somebody out through was The day before they left. I even offered to wash their clothes and dry them and bring them back. They said no no problem that's fine. And then you got all upset because he was not offered the recreational facilities pass. I only offer that with guests that stay 14 days. He only stayed one week. He was not happy and quite nasty. So I called the recreational center and got him the pass anyway. Come to find out he never used it. Just wanted to be nasty. The part about the back porch being dirty, we did have a pretty bad storm the night before check in, and my intention was to go over there and see if there was any damage The next morning. I was informed by Robert that his plane was getting in around 10:00 in the morning and he wanted to check in early ,that would be 6 hours early. Because I always try to be helpful to all my guests I said that would be fine. Then he tells me that his plane was delayed until 9:30 at night. So what does he do ,he allows someone that he knows in Arizona to enter my house house, totally without my authorization because I do not allow anybody else to have the personal security code that he was given. These people are at the house at 10:00. I get there around 10:30 ,there's already somebody there so I assumed that Robert fight got in early and they were there so I didn't worry about it. If I had known that it was just somebody he allowed to stay at the house I would ask them to leave and cleaned the backyard before their 4:00 p.m. check in. He totally took advantage of me from day one. It did upset me but I let it go. As for my kitchen.. not fully stocked?? You tell me if this is fully stocked or not. In the kitchen brand new $200 knife set brand new $200 pots of pan set brand new $500 Vitamix machine brand standalone new ice maker machine, 3 sets of dishes for for six people each. Cooking sheets. Storage containers, two sets of very nice silverware. Coffee maker toaster, cutting boards, plastic and glass drinking glasses. Coffee cups and a few other things in the cabinets. There's extra pots and pans in the bottom cabinets as well. All very good condition and not cheap. This guy just wanted to complain and complain and complain as soon as he, actually before he even got there he was complaining. I knew there was going to be a problem with him. I was right. Unfortunately I did finally get one of those. Other hosts have told me that sooner or later we will get one of those that are just very nasty and will just give you a bad report for no reason. I went Out of my way and did everything I could to get this dryer fixed for him before he left. And made the appointment ,not for 7:00 for 8:00 he didn't tell you the truth on that either. Thought he'd be happy with me getting somebody in there as soon as I could but he wasn't. Just a 100% complainer. I allowed this house to be booked for one week I don't think I will do that again. His communication was the worst I've ever had with anybody. I knew he was going to be a big problem. Not friendly or nice at all. Please Robert, do all the the hosts that rent out their personal house , just maybe stay at a motel next time.
