Waterfront 1 Bedroom and 1Bathroom bayside condo DIRECTLY overlooking beautiful Boca Ceiga Bay. Fully furnished unit with your own private waterfront balconies, overlooking the bay and the romantic gold coast sunsets. Heated swimming in the winter and Jacuzzi. Cozy, comfortable and tropical style
Dolphins are spotted in the bay while you are swimming in the pool or soaking in the hot tub. Shore birds are viewed daily and Bottle Nose Dolphins and manatee's can be seen.

Snook, Redfish and Sea Trout frequent the grass flats just a short walk off the beach for wade fishing, or bring your boat, excellent launch ramps are nearby.

Condo includes upgraded granite kitchen and bathroom counter tops, bar stools, king size bed, sofa that can be pulled out to sleep two. Everything you will need for entertainment. You just need to bring your swimsuit.

Restaurants are nearby - Outback Steakhouse, Cody's, Steak & Shake are just a few. Or you can stop at nearby supermarket to pick up something to throw on the grill on the common area on your way back from the beach. Lots of activities nearby. Quick access to Pinellas Walking Trail, John's Pass and the BEACHES are within minutes from the condo or by boat. The closest beach is Madeira Beach - 2.7 miles by car.

Great Condo and Host

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our 5th time staying at this location and by far the best unit we have stayed in. The unit was very clean and Gertrude was easy to work with. She made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We will definitely be back to stay here again.

Perfect for two!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It is cozy, tastefully decorated, and right on the water. The pool was a great addition, and provided a perfect place to end the day. We are hoping to return soon.

Snow getaway

We loved the location away from the crowded, busy tourist areas. Still close enough to go to those areas if you want. The view from the balcony is so peaceful. We liked that the Pinellas Trail was close. We felt safe walking in our "neighborhood".

Gretchen was extremely responsive, I had an issue with the air conditioning not working and she had a solution to resolve everything within an hour. The view is beautiful and saw dolphins in the morning. The restaurant next door is great as well.

Comfortable stay!

We had an enjoyable two weeks. The condo was well equipped for all our needs and was exactly as shown in the photos. On cooler days we were still able to enjoy the outdoors on the spacious balcony. Our host, Gertrude, was very responsive and helpful. I'm sure we will return.

A high too table would be great when it’s time to update on balcony. View would be great without looking through the railings. Clean, quiet rental with great amenities. Saw a dolphin in the bay!

Million Dollar View

Gertrude was quick to respond with any questions. Property was just as pictured. Only complaint is bed is squeaky & not too comfortable. But, even with that, we cannot wait to visit again. We saw sunsets, dolphins & so many birds from the balcony.

Condo was wonderful and Gertrude was a pleasure to work with and helped us w a last min rental

We needed to find a rental after our cruise was cancelled less than 12 hrs before disembarkation. Property owner, Gertrude, worked w us and we rented last minute and she made a stressful situation turn into one of the best vacations ever. The condo was very nice, clean and comfortable and location was close to many places we wanted to visit. The bay view from the balcony was lovely and relaxing. Gertrude even let us check in a little early and we were very thankful and had a great vacation. Condo had everything we needed and the bed was amazingly comfortable, shower had great water pressure, kitchen was well appointed w any item we needed and the pool and grounds were beautiful and clean. I highly recommend this property at Boca Ciego

Enjoyed our stay

Let me start by saying I am a pretty tough reviewer. A place has to be perfect for me to give it five stars. This condo was just as described/shown in the listing. View was amazing and location was good for us. Complex is not huge so not a ton of people and always room at the pool. The condo was well equipped and everything was in functioning order. It could use a very detailed cleaning and refresh though. With those two things it would definitely be five stars. That said, I would not hesitate to stay there again. It was just what we were looking for.

Always a wonderful stay! Although our family now lives in Tampa my husband still wants to stay in St. Pete at Boca Ciega and Gertrude's condos are always in tip top shape. The only problem we had was there was no pitcher and when we had a carton of milk that was leaking I used the blender pitcher, and when I had to make something to take for Christmas dinner there was no mixer or measuring spoons. But in the end everything turned out fine and will definitely stay again! Thank you Gertrude Foster for the use of your beautiful condo and hope to stay again soon!
