Quiet family home with air conditioning

Quiet in a hamlet in the heart of the Causses du Quercy, many hiking trails accessible from the house, 1 km from the Gouffre de Padirac, 12km from Rocamadour, near the Dordogne Valley and close to many of the most beautiful villages of France (Loubressac, Autoire, ..). Swimming possible at 10km around (water park of Willow, municipal swimming pool of Gramat, lake of Tauriac and Dordogne).
House quercynoise renovated in 2011 with a large living / dining room open to a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge / freezer), 3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with bathroom (beds: 160x200, 140x190, 2 * 90x200), a mezzanine with BZ (140x190), a bathroom, 2WC, a laundry room with washing machine, a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, shaded ground.
Household linen not provided and cleaning not included. No pets allowed.
We will ask you for a deposit check on arrival in the premises for an amount of 500 € that we will return to your departure if no damage has been found.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
