Welcome to our charming cottage, decorated with care and imagination.
The countryside to rest, with the comfort of a house, equipped kitchen, relaxation area / lounge, large room with bed 160 and cot.

Nestled in a farmhouse dating from the early eighteenth, we invite you to discover Brittany and its beautiful historic sites. The cottage is decorated with our memories, during trips, walks .... you have access to the park and fruit trees. Come live the Breton adventure!

Hello, We welcome you to our cottage "Parfum d'Antan" located on the heights of Saint-Brandan place called La Lande Huel.

5 minutes from Quintin small town of character and 20 minutes from Saint-Brieuc.

Furnished and free all the year, in longère of charm with beams and visible stones. Between land and sea, discover the calm of the countryside and the proximity of the sea.

This cottage with a capacity of 1 to 2 people + 1 child under 3 years includes:

- On the ground floor: Living room + Kitchen equipped.
- Upstairs: 1 large room bed 160 + 1 child bed - Bathroom / WC
 - Access to the garden and its 5000m² park -

campagne bretonne, reposant, situation très intéressante environ à 01h00 des grandes villes (quimper, rennes, ...) ce qui permet de rayonner sur l'ensemble de la région Bretagne

GITE TRES AGREABLE ET PROCHE DES PLUS BEAUX SITES DE LA COTE D'ARMOR;

Justine , la propriétaire, nous a fait un excellent acceuil nous présentant les différents sites à découvrir de la belle région des côtes d'Armor. Le gîte est très acceuillant et décoré avec soin. La propreté est au rendez-vous. Les petits voisins (chats, chiens, moutons) sont charmants et très discrets. Vraiment un cadre agréable buccolique et très calme. Nous vous le recommandons vivement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Lande Huel. Très bon emplacement au calme à qui veut fuir les vacances bondées. Pas très loin cependant des lieux stratégiques à visiter. Cadre idéal pour le repos et le dépaysement. Un temps superbe tout au long de la semaine.... Nous reviendrons volontiers dans ce petit nid décoré vécu soin au parfum de l’enfance... merci à Justine et Damien pour nos échanges chaleureux. Boris et Valérie (62)

Un gîte charmant et de qualité

Magnifique bonbonnière vraie et authentique. Depuis que nous réservons par le biais d' Abritel, c'est le meilleur rapport qualité prix. Le lit est excellent, le gîte fonctionnel et bien pensé. Les hôtes, Justine et Damien sont très proches de leurs clients et adorables. A conseiller sans retenue !
