This canal waterfront vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful sunset view. Clean and comfortably furnished 1-car tandem garage, 3 bedroom (1king, 1queen, 2twin beds), 2 bath home with Florida sunroom and fireplace. The backyard is situated on a 55' wide deep-water canal within a few hundred yards of the intracoastal waterway and world-class fishing. Stump Pass and Gulf access are less than a mile away. Plenty of dock space with tie-up areas and the possibility of a 10k boat lift (contact re: boat lift) with water and fish-cleaning station for your fresh catches! Large circular driveway with additional space for cars and trailer. Newly remodeled kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom. Amenities include central A/C, flat screen TV with cable in family room, free wi-fi , washer and dryer, outdoor gas grill, outdoor shower, and patio furniture. Conveniently located close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping with a short 10-minute drive to our gorgeous gulf shore beaches. *Extended stay discounted rates may be available for bookings over 2 weeks.*

Nice place to stay! Having a dock is a great plus, and having the boat with quick access to Lemon Bay makes it even better. Shops and restaurants are very close about a five minute drive. The house has everything you need. Highly recommended.---If you want it to sound more formal, more enthusiastic, or more concise, I can adjust it.

Beautiful home with easy bay access

The home was beautiful and well equipped. We were easily able to kayak from the dock out into Lemon Bay which was our primary concern. Dennis was the perfect host. He was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

March break getaway

This home was perfect for our stay. It’s nice and clean, spacious and has a nice backyard. It’s a bit away from a beach, but not too far. Super comfy, great location, felt like home

We had a wonderful time. The host was very responsive. The house was just as pictured, very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The furniture was very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the dock and sitting on the patio. We even had a manatee pay us a visit. Definitely felt like home. We hope to stay here again.
