The laundry room is conveniently located upstairs. The cozy backyard patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, or an evening glass of wine. One mile from the beach, restaurants and shops. Quiet neighborhood, 1 driveway parking spot, ​and open neighborhood parking. Perfect for families. Please note there is NO GARAGE ACCESS offered.
