This was a great property which made for an amazing rental experience. The property owners were so accommodating and more than helpful in every way. They communicated with us about any questions we might have and made us feel so welcome! I highly recommend anyone to rent this place. It was amazing!

We enjoyed staying at the house and enjoyed the beach most of all. It was clean and safe and quiet. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was a plus too. The close proximity to Bolton Landing was really nice as well and we were in and out of town quite a bit. There are good restaurants and stores very close by.

Excellent cabin!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The cabin is very well taken care of and clean. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and gave us great recommendations. We love the location of the neighborhood because it’s close to the town of Bolton Landing and also close to highway access for our excursions.

Excellent house!

The owners are great and the house is perfect. Very close to Bolton Landing and a quick walk down to the private beach. House is big and had enough room to spread out inside and outside.

Family Vacation

House was perfect size for our group (3 families with 5 kids under 5). Separate living room areas allowed adults and children to enjoy at the same time. Association beach was great for the kids! Owners were very helpful!

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a great long weekend at this lovely property. The house was perfect for our family of 12. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed., and we enjoyed many fires in the fireplace! The location is great as a base for local exploration.

Comfortable house for our 7 and still plenty of room

Many previous trips to Lake George. First time in beautiful Bolton Landing. This is one of the most enjoyable vacations. Get ready to relax. Private quiet Lake George home, convenient location, beautiful area, the greatest hosts, spectacular private beach for the association properties only. A short walk opens up to a wonderful sandy beach setting.

We appreciated having a full home with all of the amenities for our family vacation this year! We prepared most of our meals together in the open concept kitchen, enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the porch, appreciated the AC throughout, had plenty of space to sleep, and enjoyed snores by the fire each night. Having the fenced in yard was so convenient for our four-legged loves too! We will gladly book again if we return to Lake George next year!

Good place but improvements needed

House was basically good, clean, great fenced yard however downstairs where 3 bedrooms are was damp and all the beds need updating. Host was gracious to let us park on his other property to help with walk to beach. Beach was stunning and well equipped with chairs. Enjoyed our stay

Beautiful and peaceful stay

We had a great time in Bolton Landing, and this house was in a prime location. It was nice and roomy, with a lot of places for us to hang out separately and together. I only gave 4 stars because the AC was broken for part of our stay, which made for an uncomfortable first couple of nights until the temps fell. We'd love to come back!

Extended Family Vacation

Our family (2 parents, 3 adult children plus two girlfriends) had a lovely stay. Our hosts, Bill and Janet, were so gracious in meeting us at check in and giving us great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Plenty of space in the house for 7 adults to spread out - especially liked the spacious outdoor deck with dining table. Also great to have access to park near the beach! Thank you for a great week!

This home is exactly as pictured. Well maintained. Great location.

Enjoyed our stay. Home is exactly as advertised. Well maintained. Well equipped and stocked. Didn’t need to bring a thing. Everything was thoughtfully taken care of. Will was always immediately available if needed and offered a plethora of information on the surrounding area and its history. Would definitely stay at this property again.

I booked this property for my family of four my mother for the week before July 4th. Overall, we had a wonderful week exploring the area, swimming at the private and public beaches (equidistant from the house) and relaxing on the gorgeous porch. While the location was as advertised (in Bolton Landing), the description of where the beach is in relation to the house was misleading. The main portion of the listing was worded to lead us to believe we were renting "300 ft walk to beach," but instead we were more than half a mile up a steep mountain road away from the 'parking spot,' which was still another steep walk away from the actual beach. Once there, the beach itself was beautiful; I caution against anyone trying to manage getting up and down there easily with kids, a stroller, or ANY mobility issues. The house itself was a perfect size and layout for my family; the home seemed to need some love and attention (broken screens, no locks on any sliding doors, broken lamps, outlets not working etc.) and some extra cobwebby corners here and there - overall we had a wonderful week - hoping this more accurate description of how to access the beach is helpful for another family!

Included is dedicated parking spaces with easy access to the private association beach (300ft walk to beach), this parking is only provided for our renters, so you don't have to walk up and down the hill!”. Overall was a comfortable stay and everything worked as expected. Very close to Bolton landing, and the house had a nice large piece of property to have the kids run around and play. Of note - To get to the beach with your things you have to drive down as its probably about 1/4 mile with a steep hill. Not a big deal, but if you have little ones, need to plan ahead a bit so you don't need to go back and forth. The family who owns the house also lives in the same association and we re very nice, so they were there is any questions or issues.

Beautiful home in Bolton Landing!

We loved our stay in Bolton Landing. The Nutlands were very welcoming and provided great recommendations on things to do and places to eat while on our vacation. The spacious home was exactly as described and came with plenty of towels, fresh bed linens and kitchen utensils to make it a seamless stay. The beach was very private and allowed us to enjoy the lake. If we could provide any feedback, it would be to ask the homeowners to provide a kayak or canoe for their guests to use as the beach has a beautiful dock and space to do so. Otherwise, this is absolutely worth your value for a family vacation in Bolton Landing!

Beautiful Home to Make Memories

We stayed here in August with (2) families. There was plenty of space for the 2 sets of parents and six kids (ages 16-26). The house was spotless. The homeowners met us upon arrival, were so kind and welcoming! They were readily available for anything we needed and checked on us a few times, which was appreciated. The house had plenty of space to enjoy dinner together on the back deck or at the dining table. The house was stocked with everything we could need and it felt so "welcoming" to open cabinets and drawers and see things that felt like home...We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you, Bill and Janet! It was a perfect week and we appreciated sharing your beautiful home.
