About this property

Beautiful Bolton Landing Home in a private association with PRIVATE BEACH!

This 2,240 square foot home is new, updated with an open concept, and is open year round with central air, heat, and a wood burning fireplace. It sleeps 10+ people comfortably with 4 bedrooms, bunk area and 2.5 baths.

Our home has a modern equipped kitchen, dining room with seating and serving for 12, large family tv room, and living room with a 55” flat screen smart tv (Netflix & HBO GO capabilities). All four bedrooms come with brand new queen-size memory foam mattresses. The master bedroom includes a flat screen tv and has a master bath with dual sinks. Also included is an outdoor firepit, grill, and table that seats 12 on the elevated deck off the dining room. The home includes complimentary wi-fi. All linens, pillows, bath towels, and paper products provided. Two large comfy couches in the TV room can be used as an extra sleeping area, if needed. A premium air mattress is also provided for any extra sleeping needs.

Included amenities are toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, childproof gate, pack and play, and fenced in yard, which makes it convenient when letting your pup outside.

The home is located in a family-friendly association. Included is dedicated parking spaces with easy access to the private association beach (300ft walk to beach), this parking is only provided for our renters, so you don’t have to walk up and down the hill!

The sand bottom beach includes lounge chairs, a brand new playground, bbq grills, volleyball court, and a fire pit for those nice summer nights under the stars! (Best beach in Bolton Landing!)

We are close to great restaurants, marinas, antique gift shops, grocery stores, liquor stores, winery, brewery, ski resorts, the historic Sagamore Hotel, and Six Flags Great Escape Park

*Please bring your own beach towels and fishing poles.


Our home is now available in the winter for skiing and snowmobiling. Gore mountain is only 30 minutes away. West Mountain is nearby. Lake Placid is approximately 1 hour away.

Our home is available for all 4 seasons with a 3 night minimum on off peak season dates.

Pets will be considered with an addition charge for each pet.

We enjoyed staying at the house and enjoyed the beach most of all. It was clean and safe and quiet. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was a plus too. The close proximity to Bolton Landing was really nice as well and we were in and out of town quite a bit. There are good restaurants and stores very close by.

We appreciated having a full home with all of the amenities for our family vacation this year! We prepared most of our meals together in the open concept kitchen, enjoyed having breakfast and dinner on the porch, appreciated the AC throughout, had plenty of space to sleep, and enjoyed snores by the fire each night. Having the fenced in yard was so convenient for our four-legged loves too! We will gladly book again if we return to Lake George next year!

Excellent cabin!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The cabin is very well taken care of and clean. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful and gave us great recommendations. We love the location of the neighborhood because it’s close to the town of Bolton Landing and also close to highway access for our excursions.

Winter Break

We had a great experience with this rental. Bill is great owner and offered us a lot of communication about the property. It is located in a great spot near a cute small town. It was 30 minutes to Gore so very convenient to many area activities. We would stay here again!

Beautiful and peaceful stay

We had a great time in Bolton Landing, and this house was in a prime location. It was nice and roomy, with a lot of places for us to hang out separately and together. I only gave 4 stars because the AC was broken for part of our stay, which made for an uncomfortable first couple of nights until the temps fell. We'd love to come back!

Extended Family Vacation

Our family (2 parents, 3 adult children plus two girlfriends) had a lovely stay. Our hosts, Bill and Janet, were so gracious in meeting us at check in and giving us great recommendations for local attractions and dining. Overall was a comfortable stay and everything worked as expected. Very close to Bolton landing, and the house had a nice large piece of property to have the kids run around and play. Of note - To get to the beach with your things you have to drive down as its probably about 1/4 mile with a steep hill. Not a big deal, but if you have little ones, need to plan ahead a bit so you don't need to go back and forth. The family who owns the house also lives in the same association and we re very nice, so they were there is any questions or issues.

Beautiful home in Bolton Landing!

We loved our stay in Bolton Landing. The Nutlands were very welcoming and provided great recommendations on things to do and places to eat while on our vacation. The spacious home was exactly as described and came with plenty of towels, fresh bed linens and kitchen utensils to make it a seamless stay. The beach was very private and allowed us to enjoy the lake. If we could provide any feedback, it would be to ask the homeowners to provide a kayak or canoe for their guests to use as the beach has a beautiful dock and space to do so. Otherwise, this is absolutely worth your value for a family vacation in Bolton Landing!

Beautiful Home to Make Memories

We stayed here in August with (2) families. There was plenty of space for the 2 sets of parents and six kids (ages 16-26). The house was spotless. The homeowners met us upon arrival, were so kind and welcoming! They were readily available for anything we needed and checked on us a few times, which was appreciated. The house had plenty of space to enjoy dinner together on the back deck or at the dining table. The house was stocked with everything we could need and it felt so "welcoming" to open cabinets and drawers and see things that felt like home...We could not have asked for anything more! Thank you, Bill and Janet! It was a perfect week and we appreciated sharing your beautiful home.

Great holiday stay

We found the place easily and had a seamless check in. Any questions were answered immediately. We found the place more than spacious for our family which included my husband and I, 4 young adult kiddos and 2 fur babies. The fenced in backyard was a great place for them to stretch their legs. Beds were definitely comfy, could use some updating on the bedding but not a big deal. Being a cabin it fit the feel of the place. As some have said the kitchen could use some updating in terms of pots and pans but we were able to create a tasty Thanksgiving dinner by adding a few disposable trays from the local grocery which is only a few miles down the road. All in all we had a great time, took some nice walks to the lake each day, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family. It would be a great place to enjoy the summer. We thank the family again for letting us enjoy their place and even letting us hang out a little longer while we waited out our flight. We appreciate the kindness.

Nice family location

We had a lovely vacation with family and friends. The house is quite large and suitable for 2 families to stay. There are ample supplies and basics in the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry and outdoor space. The beach access is quite far away to lug all our stuff but very nice space overall with playground, sandy areas for kids to play and picnic area. Note it is located in association so people may be asking about your stay. Beds could be improved as not as listed. Otherwise plenty of linens. Solid stay but some improvements could be helpful for future visitors!
