Great week at the Westin!

This property held my family of 5 and my sisters family of 3 perfectly! There was so much space that everyone was very comfortable! The plunge pool outside was awesome and so refreshing after a day on the beach! I would recommend this property 100%!

The Perfect Vacation

This was our first time to visit St. John's. We rented two condos at the resort. We found the condos to be comfortable, well equipped and within easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery. It was very nice having a private pool at the condo. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The weather was perfect. It as the perfect vacation!

Place great but property manager not communicative

The Westin was very nice and all staff very helpful. The property manager was not proactive in giving us details about the property, transportation or check in process.

Awesome location - but arrange for the Westin Ferry to get there and back!

Our family of 3 found the condo perfectly suitable and very clean! The beds didn’t disappoint and balconies had awesome views. No housekeeping for the week, but that was fine by us. The Westin check-in & concierge was lacking at times though...we showed up 2 hours later than planned and still our room wasn’t ready as promised - after traveling for 12 hours this was a big disappointment. They also called ahead to “help” is get ready but failed to mention the best way to get there by using the Westin ferry, so we wasted a ton of time & money coming over from St Thomas. Way back was much better!

Lovely stay

The Westin was wonderful! Room met all of our needs, although we were not there much. We rented a jeep and explored the island and a different beach each day. We will definitely be back to the Westin! Great location - people so very nice! Thank you!
