You are just a few minutes from the turquoise waters and white sand beaches. You will be greeted with a smile from your friendly concierge as you enter this charming and beautiful condo featuring all custom built furniture made with local hardwoods hand crafted by local Mayan carpenters.

This 2 bedroom condo has 3 twin beds (one trundle bed hides under one of the beds) in one room and a king bed in the other, each with their own private baths. The rooms have room-darkening shades, AC and ceiling fans. You have an extra half bath. You'll have your own private balcony, in-unit laundry and complementary fiber optic Wi-Fi. This colorful condo is well-stocked with all the comforts of home to make this a vacation you will never forget. Great for 2 couples or a family of up to 5.

The condo complex features an infinity rooftop (shared) pool with a common bar area and comfortable lounge area for you to relax while enjoying a beverage and watching the sun set over the jungle. Bring your beverages, your blender and speaker or book!

This 2 bedroom condo has 3 twin beds (one trundle-hides under one of the beds) in one room and a king bed in the other, each with their own private baths. You have an extra half bath. You'll have your own private balcony, in-unit laundry and complementary Wi-Fi. This colorful condo is well-stocked with all the comforts of home to make this a vacation you will never forget. Great for 2 couples or a family of up to 5. The condo is brand new as of the summer of 2018. All the furnishings are brand spanking new from the beach towels to the dishes to the furniture!

The condo complex features an infinity rooftop pool with a common area bar and comfortable lounge area for you to relax and meet your neighbors while enjoying a beverage and watching the sun set over the jungle and distant views of the ocean. Bring your beverages, your blender and speaker or book!

What makes this property unique

The location is what everyone raves about. It's located in Aldea Zama right next door to the Fresh Market where you may get your morning coffee, a sandwich to go, cervezas and more! You're about a mile from the pueblo (town) and less than 2 to the beach. A bike path is available to the beach road and to the pueblo. The Vintage Cafe and Totem Restaurant are steps outside your front door. There are at least two dozen places to eat within walking distance. No need to drive to get a snack!
