This beautiful apartment is new (2019), 1 bath and a kitchenette/living room (studio style). The location offers spectacular views of Zion Canyon. The apartment will sleep 4 adults. It has 1 king size bed, 2 Queen(bunk) and a euro-lounger that makes into a bed. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, full size private washer/dryer. You will find anything you need for your stay. Conveniently located only 0.1 mile from the southwest entrance of Zion National Park! Skip the car parking hassle during your stay. (1 parking spot included with booking additional parking spots $50/day) A short walk across the street takes you into the park and the visitor center, the nearest shuttle stops are located next door and across the street. Walk to great shops, art galleries, fabulous Zion National Park and CHARMING Springdale, Utah. The apartment has a private residential entrance located on the second floor above a Subway restaurant and coffee shop.
Springdale has been named by Forbes Traveler among one of the 20 'prettiest towns' in the United States in 2008. It is also one of fastest growing tourist destinations in the United States, with 4 million people visiting Zion National Park each year. Photographers flock to the area year round to capture the beauty of the area.
During the months of March-October, the free Zion Canyon Shuttle stops just steps away from the property. The shuttle stops at nine locations in Springdale and nine locations in Zion National Park, so you never have to use your car during your stay!
Drives to Bryce Canyon, The North Rim of Grand Canyon, Lake Powell and Cedar Breaks are a short distance away.

Great location and very convenient. The area may seem a little unusual at first, but everything turned out to be great. For our family of three, there was plenty of space and we felt very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.
Location is awesome and the space was clean and cozy. Very close to the park we just walked in. All the grocery shops around for food items are outrageously priced. Bring from a supermarket outside of town if you can or just eat out. Springdale is a total tourist trap town so everything is Parking can also be a pain so once we parked our car at the apt lot we didn’t move it for worry of someone stealing the spot for easy park access.
Great little apartment with everything you need for several days at Zion, and you definitely can’t beat the location! There’s a gated alleyway to access the three apartments, so it’s a safe place to leave ebikes if you rent them overnight.
We had a fabulous time at Zion and this was a great place to stay! Comfortable and relaxing to return to everyday. Thanks to the great location we didn’t have to move the car the whole time (we did do a 15-20 min walk to dinner each night- bring a flashlight!). Kitchenette is small, but perfect for breakfast and packing our trail lunches each day. We ate dinner out. Very spacious for the 2 of us.
Great stay and love the location and being able to walk right across the street and into the park! Perfect for a family of four and just enough space in amenities to be comfortable. Highly recommend!
A slightly odd location basically right behind a Subway, but you can't beat waking up and walking 5 minutes to the park entrance. The place is beautiful and comfortable with super views. The kitchen is a bit small for trying to cook for more than 2 people, but we overall thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Location location location… although unit is behind a Subway , it was perfect plave to stay if most of your day will be in the park. Beds comfy and had everything we needed.. as well as good price compared to other hotels in same area
The perfect location to walk into the park or catch a shuttle to go away from the park for dinner. You have a parking spot right in the lot for Subway but get a tag because our spot was used by others. The tag allowed us to use any spot. Downstairs is Subway, Pizza and Ice Cream. Condo was well equipped with soaps t paper paper towels. Beautiful view right out the widow
Ideal for people who want to hit the park and not commit to camping. Beds, fridge, laundry and location made it very easy for us to pack light. Two adults, 7 & 8 year old fit comfortably. Additional young children would fit well. If you are looking for privacy from your housemates this is not the place for you. But if you are looking for a comfortable place to rest and recoup, with breath taking views, *Parking* and walkability? This is for you :)
This location was perfect for our stay. The town and it's closely located amenities were all very nice and easy to get to. The park is literally steps away. We had perfect weather and the space is big enough for several people. It was perfect for the two of us.
You simply cannot beat the location and how close you are to the Zion pedestrian entrance. Not worrying about parking is a huge plus. The apartment has plenty of room to spread out after a day out and about. Definitely woukd stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at this apartment directly across the street from Zion park entrance. Very clean and comfortable. Great home base for Zion and Bryce. We would stay again!
