Cozy and well maintained home at a very beautiful location. It is reasonably close to Zion (30 mins drive). The host had every instructions detailed in folders and binders. The kitchen was fully equiped and most importantly clean. The house was spacious and the decor was so pleasant. I recommend everybody to stay here when you get a chance.

This was a dream place to stay for exploring Zion. Communication with the host was easy and checkin/check out seamless. The house was clean and had everthing you would expect. If we ever return we would look no further than renting again!

This is a great house! It's spacious, lovely, and sparkling clean. You'll find just about any amenity you could ask for. The views are wonderful - both looking out on the city and the distant mountains as well as the beautiful hills right behind you. Eileen is a friendly and responsive host. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

This house was everything I was hoping for close to Zion national Park and Bryce Canyon, quiet, clean, safe, and well equipped. I loved the welcome sign when I walked in that had my name on it! Lots of little details that made me feel welcome.

Lovely, comfortable place

Communication was excellent and check-in and out were simple. Location is lovely, with easy access to Zion and groceries, gas, and food options. House is perfect for a family and has just the right amenities. We had a great time and would happily stay again on our next visit.

The location to Zion was perfect. The drive from place was about 20 minutes. The only negative I have is we couldn't use the grill its in bad shape.If we return to Zion again and the place is available we would stay again.

Trip to Zion

The house was perfectly located just about 30 minutes outside of zion national park. The scenery around the house is spectacular as well. Everything has been well thought out by the property owner.

Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Not as close to Zion Natl Park as indicated. Only close to a side entrance where you cannot go through to the main entrance. Still worked out just a bit more driving.

great Zion location

The house was cozy and had a good kitchen. Our host was very attentive and let us check in early. We would have appreciated a couple of wooden dining (or other) chairs as we like firm chairs. We enjoyed our stay.

We couldn't pass up this one-of a kind brick home located on the hillside with a panoramic view of southern Utah. It is a very private and quiet location. The house has been renovated and everything is nice and clean! It is a wonderful place to relax after an adventurous day -- hiking, biking or shopping! We are located just 20 minutes from beautiful Zion National Park. It is a 25-minute drive to St. George.
