Mission Beach House located on the ground floor can sleep up to 2. Great location - cross street YORK - near all food, coffee, shopping. Ocean view with a huge patio, BBQ, bike parking. The beach house is loaded with features including a Queen foam memory bed converting to a custom black leather couch. BRAND NEW custom kitchen cabinets, all cooking supplies including cooktop, oven, microwave. YES WE HAVE AC & ceiling fan!!!

LARGE 4k TV with Netflix, Amazon, Hulu & more! Super high speed WIFI, printer/scan, office desk w/ two chairs.

Large custom mirrored closet with slide out drawers & lighting.

The large patio has a BBQ island with lots of seating!

Custom new bathroom with white Carrara flooring, large storage cabinets, custom sink / waterfall faucets & lighting!

Huge patio with bike parking, security lighting, enclosed fence, and 2 PARKING SPOTS ON SITE!!!

We are located right on the sands of Mission Beach - step out onto the famous Mission Beach Boardwalk - walk two minutes to the best restaurants, shopping, bars, coffee, and more! We're in North Mission Beach with the cross street YORK - most desired corner in all of Mission Beach!!!

We are on the GROUND FLOOR and have other properties in the building - we can sleep up to 50 in the same building! Great for quick getaways, part of a large group, attending a conference, or a family reunion. It's private, beautiful, new and PRICED RIGHT!!!

You will be the King of the Beach staying at one of our properties.

Accurate description

Great SMALL place right where you want to be if your a single or couple....and not large people. Was very clean and walked to everywhere in MB and PB within 20 minutes or so. Reiterate it was small. With bed pulled out of sofa there wasn't more than two feet around bed which was fine since we didn't do a lot in the place anyway. Good refer and a microwave for leftovers and drinks. Good TV getting all channels when it was on. The price was right for what we got. If there's more than two people including a kid it would be Very Cramped. I'd possibly stay here again depnding what I was looking for.

mediocre at best

this is a super great location, but you do feel like you’re in a fish bowl the whole time. people are congregating constantly right outside your window. the owner didn’t have the key to one of the doors and the passcode did not work and we were locked out 2 out of our 4 nights there, and were asked to knock on other neighbor’s doors to go THROUGH THEIR ROOM to get to ours. the only response to our exasperation was “why did someone close the door”. the door being open constantly felt unsafe and there was a SIGN on the door telling you to PLEASE CLOSE IT. also definitely not the cleanest place i’ve ever stayed in. spots on the bathroom counter/sink as if it wasn’t wiped, minor stains on the comforter, hair in what i pray to god were fresh sheets. (the bed by the way is a pull out couch with two thin memory foam pieces on top of a wooden slab) a decent price for being directly on the beach and near the action, definitely has the potential to be a great place. but i have to say i wouldn’t stay here again and i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The description for this place has so many false statements! I feel upset with this reservation. False descriptions: luxurious, 2 parking spots, fireplace, washing machine, ironing board, “you’ll have the entire condo to yourself.” All false! There are 7 units and you all share the same entrance to the building. The barbecue and patio are shared with all 7 units! If I would have known that this condo was NOT private, I would have never rented. We were only allowed 1 parking spot. In addition, the owner showed up just to check us out. Annoying. We had 2 guests with us to eat dinner at the grill, and he questioned if they were staying with us in the room. The building was full with a bachelor party and they all left on Sunday. We were supposed to leave until Monday, but house keeping knocked on our door on Sunday at 10:30am because they thought we were supposed to leave too. I was really frustrated because I didn’t sleep at all due to the bachelors and then they wake us up. This may seem like a small deal to readers, but if you felt how many times we were woken up in the last 2 nights due to the bachelors. The room we stayed in is directly next to the main entrance so we heard all 13 people partying and screaming all night until 5am. It was bad. I felt unsafe overall. We left a night early. I think we deserve a refund, but I do not want to bother asking the owner. The description of this place is false, but it also states nonrefundable. I’m sure he’ll stick to that!

Maurice Maio, a long time San Diego resident and well known successful businessman, started the San Diego Beach King Vacation Rental company in 2000. His first property was the Sleek Retreat purchased in 2000 which is the recipient of many awards including "House of the Year" and "HGTV House Hunter's On Vacation" series.

Mr. Maio took over the family plumbing, heating & air business at age 19 after his losing his father. Starting with 1 truck and no trades knowledge, the company grew to over 50 in less than 5 years and was modeled throughout the world thru the Maio Success System. Mr. Maio developed many innovated business practices and has hosted over 1200 seminars worldwide. He sold his companies to a wall street firm and began his vacation rental business.

Since it's inception, The San Diego Beach King has offered it's clients first class service at reasonable rental rates. Each property is carefully maintained and decorated with style. The Maio team runs smoothly and you'll see him smiling visiting the properties often. He loves Mission Beach, knows where to eat, where to rent, where to surf.
