Unique, in the locality of Vaujany, superb brand new and upscale chalet!

In the hamlet of l'Enversin d'Oz, 500m from the slopes on foot. Skiing back to the chalet is possible depending on snow conditions.

2 minutes by car from all leisure activities in the village of Vaujany, enjoy the peace and nature, near the best European ski area (2017 prices!) from Alpe d'Huez.

This individual chalet built in 2017 will be a perfect cocoon for having a good time with careful decoration and undeniable comfort. The view of the Belledonne massif is superb.

Here is the description of the chalet:

- level -1: the logistics corner!
Large garage of 50m2 with cupboards and wardrobes to store all sports clothing and sports equipment. Possibility to park your car or motorcycles and quads. A bathroom also with wc and bathtub. A workbench for waxing skis or repairing bikes / mountain bikes. A garden to relax on deckchairs (summer) or to compete with the most beautiful snowman (winter). Automatic garage door and roller shutter. An outdoor parking space also.

- level 0: the living area!
A large living room of 50m2 with: living room (and TV), dining room,
American kitchen (with all the appliances that go well with skiing for fondue raclette etc), opening onto a balcony and a terrace.
A pellet stove to warm winter evenings. Access to the 2 parking spaces outside the condominium.
A wc and the entrance hall with wardrobe.

- level 1: the sleeping area.
Bedrooms, large closets and a bathroom. Very beautiful high frame under ceiling.
1 master bedroom with a double bed of 160 and its closet. Very beautiful high frame under ceiling.
1 bedroom with 2 80 cm beds that can be combined into a 160 cm bed and its closet. Very beautiful high frame under ceiling.

Très bien
Le chalet est très très sympathique et agréable, bien situé avec une jolie vue, avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un agréable séjour. Seul petit bémol : quelques trucs qui ne marchent pas comme certains volets électriques, une lampe de chevet... Les propriétaires demandent une caution en espèces en plus de la caution abritel sans aucune preuve, nous avons récupérer presque la totalité de cette caution.
