PELICAN POINTE is located in Orange Beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico near grocery, restaurants, and souvenir shops. This non-smoking, 3 bedroom, two bath 9th floor unit is beautifully furnished, overlooks the pool and provides beautiful views of the beach and gulf. The kitchen has been newly remodeled with quartz counter tops, new cabinets and more, and is fully furnished.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed and slider door access to the large covered balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two queen -beds, all with memory foam mattresses. Living room has a sofa with 2 electric recliners on each end, plus another recliner chair. This condominium has all the amenities: fully furnished kitchen with quartz counter tops, granite in bathrooms, tile throughout, full size washer and dryer, four TVs, 3 DVD players, and free high- speed internet accessibility.

There is a large outdoor pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, bar-be-que grills, and a new lighted pickleball/tennis/basketball court. There are 9 exceptional golf courses in the area, excellent Gulf and backwater fishing, outstanding dinning, and fantastic shopping at The Wharf and nearby Foley outlet mall. Gambling is one hour and 45 minutes away in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Cool condo!

The condo was so cool (literally), all rooms had ceiling fans and small table fans. It is beautifully decorated and very equipped, even a step ladder. Plenty of seating on the balcony. Great location, it is close to stores and church. We totally enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful!!! Clean, neat, upgraded, great location, easy check in, easy to communicate with owner, there were 8 in our party with 4 adults and 4 kids, everyone had plenty of space to maneuver and was not crammed on top of each other, balcony was huge overlooking pool and beach, beautiful views, we hated to have to come back home, but will def be returning soon!

Wonderful girls getaway/family vacation!

We had an amazing time at Pelican Pointe 903!!! The room was perfect, the view was beautiful and the property was clean and well kept! We spent 2 weeks here, the first with the girls and the second with our whole family! It was perfect for both! Jennifer was so helpful when booking and everything was exactly as described. Easy check in, friendly security, all the comforts of home!!! Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us!!! We hope to come back soon!!!

We enjoyed our stay; however, with the overall cost, I expected a little more. Knowing there would be a minimum seven people staying, one roll of tp in each bathroom and zero paper towels was bothersome as we had to make a trip to the store just for those items. Also, the guest bathroom had toothpaste all over the wall and the guest bedroom with the queen bed didn't have clean sheets. It appeared as your clean up crew just threw the comforter over used sheets. We enjoyed our time at Orange Beach and the condo was functional and comfy and especially conveniently located. The amenities were good, we would just suggest a better housekeeping crew. We would definitely return if the housekeeping issues were corrected. Thanks for having us! We loved spring break at Orange Beach! Our family had tons of fun in the sun.

A family wedding at orange beach

We love the balcony on the ocean. We sat many hours on the balcony. Lovely condo, is everything we needed. Plenty of towels. Easy getting around. Son’s wedding is at the state park closed by. Beautiful Beach Condo

This condo is directly on the beach and has a great balcony! We had a great time. The kids loved the white sandy beach and the waves!! We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool and hot tub and even used the tennis court.

This property is clean and stocked better than a lot of condos I've stayed in. The balcony is a big bonus, we took most meals out there. You cannot beat the location! Right on the beach!!! T Pelican Pointe is close to restaurants and shopping. We had a wonderful trip.

Wonderful family vacation

We spent a week at this condo. It was right on the beach. The balcony was huge. We had everything we needed in the kitchen including an ice maker to fill up the cooler. We will definitely stay here again!

Girls Weekend

My friends and I rented this property for a long weekend getaway. There is still construction going on in the building but it wasn’t loud at all. The walk to the beach is very short. Overall great place to stay and would book again.

Wonderful Spring Break Location

My sister in law and I brought our 2 teenage daughters down for spring break week and couldn't have been more pleased with our stay. The location is perfect and views from the balcony are unbeatable. We chose Orange Beach in efforts to avoid a lot of crowds on the beach and I'm so thankful we did. We ventured down to Gulf Shores for one day and the difference in crowds was amazing. The condo is stocked with dishes and towels. We did have to buy more toilet paper and paper towel to get us through the week so I would recommend bringing some if you are staying more than a couple days. The beds were comfortable and the condo was clean. The outdoor pool area was nice and the girls enjoyed it at night. We did not use the indoor pool so cannot speak to that. There are plenty of shops and restaurants around and they are easily accessible. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we find our way back to Orange Beach in the future.

The property was conveniently located near stores and on the beach! The views were fantastic and access to the beach was amazing! The only thing that can be better is the cleanliness of the condo! We had to clean upon arrival where it seemed the staff may have not been as thorough as necessary especially during these COVID times. The carpets need to be cleaned . Overall great experience!
