Our family had a great time here. Everything was clean and well cared for, and the house itself is pretty neat and unique. The kayaks were a lot of fun for me and the kids, and the area of the lake is very serene. The bathroom is really nice and the tankless water heater is a plus. The hosts were the best communicators of any VRBO owners we've ever worked with. I would definitely recommend it!

This rental was very clean . The kitchen had everything you could ask for plenty of cookware, bowls, glasses even spices .It was well stocked with essentials like dishwasher pods , trash bags . The Owner was very nice and helpful. We will definitely be keeping it on our favorite place to stay and look forward to returning next year.

We had a lovely time staying in this home with our adult children. It was peaceful and comfortable with easy access to the lake. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the hosts were communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

Great Weekend Getaway!

Ben and Lela have done an excellent job on this property! The inside is beautifully decorated with an amazing bathroom. This house had everything we needed and we enjoyed use of the boat dock to store our boat in the evenings. Ben and Lela were very easy to work with and responded quickly to all our questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Glad you had a great stay. There are some deeper areas by the main channel but those areas also have bigger white caps and rough water while I'll cove is calm. The shallow lake is why all the boathouses are "in ground" instead of floating. As I say in the write up, ours is 4ft deep at full pool. Guntersville Lake doesn't vary by more than 2 ft from winter to summer, This keeps us with year round water even though it is relatively shallow compared to other lakes.

Nice home with many nice updates. Comfortable beds and furniture, well appointed kitchen and in a nice neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. Host were responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Would stay again.
