It was the perfect place to celebrate our daughters 16th birthday with family and friends.
The beds were comfortable and the porches were great for early morning coffee.
There were a few kitchen utensils that we could have used including pot holders, dish clothes, spatulas and a knife set. I feel like the rental is so new and that things haven’t been thought of yet.

Needs cleany
The property was dirty. Floors were not mopped. Bathtubs was nasty. No mattress covers. Not the usual perfection we are used to at River Rock. Looked like black mold growing on wall in upstairs bedroom and no light fixture in bunk room

House within walking distance to the lake
There were several large cockroaches on the first floor. The second floor had 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms shared the jack and Jill bathroom. The third bedroom was really a small room large enough for bunk beds but there was no access to the upstairs bathroom without going thru someone’s bedroom during the night or using the half bath on the first floor. The second bath had no hot water , so everyone had to shower in the bathroom in the masters bathroom.
For Families that are planning to cook during their stay, there is still some Kitchen items the home needs such as Cooking spoons, Cutting Knives, Pot holders, Spoon-rest, Storage bowls &
a Cutting board.
I would also suggest that when the Management Team sends out the Check-In & Out email, they should include the Instructions regarding where to find the WiFi password & inform the guest that the Ceiling Fans are operated via a Remote.
