Idyllic seaside property

Lovely quiet location in small village. 3 restaurants and boulangerie only 10 mins by bike or 5 mins by car. Decent supermarket only a little further. 10 - 15 mins walk through woods to enormous beach. Very well equipped property. We were especially grateful for the large canopy over the outside table. We really enjoyed our visit to this lovely island.

Wunderschön gelegenes großzügiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und war immer für uns erreichbar, auch wenn sie nicht direkt vor Ort wohnte. Die vielen unterschiedlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten ums Haus herum boten sowohl für Sonnenanbeter als auch für Schattenliebhaber schöne Plätze. Dass keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher vor Ort sind hat uns die Vermieterin rechtzeitig vor der Anreise mitgeteilt. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sogar eine Siebträgermaschine war vorhanden; daran merkt man, dass die Vermieter das Haus auch selbst nutzen. Zu wissen, dass man am Ende für die Endreinigung selbst zuständig ist, hätte gut in der Anzeige beim Ferienhausanbieter erwähnt werden können.

Bonjour Sören, nous revenons vers vous concernant le ménage à effectuer à l'issue du séjour : ceci est bien mentionné dans le texte de présentation. Pour preuve voici la phrase du texte : " A l'issue du séjour, nous demandons aux locataires d'effectuer un ménage soigné pour que nous puissions assurer ensuite une désinfection efficace ." Par ailleurs , dans l'équipement il est bien indiqué que nous ne fournissons ni linge de lit , ni linge de toilette. Mais, que nous vous proposons la possibilité de les louer. Prachtig huis aan de rand van het bos

We hebben twee geweldige weken gespendeerd in dit mooie vakantiehuis. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en het huis was brandschoon. De ligging is heel erg rustig en je loopt zo via een prachtig bospad naar het strand. Het huis is ruim en erg aangenaam. Dat geldt ook voor de tuin en het mooie terras. Voor verse broodjes is het wel 4 km naar Barbatre, maar dat was voor ons geen probleem. De badkamer is fijn, maar de douche is wel wat fragiel. Het huis heeft geen WiFi. Al met al zijn we heel tevreden en we komen graag nog eens terug.

Agreable sejour familial

Très agreable propriété fonctionnelle. Tout est adapté pour vivre ensemble dans de très bonnes conditions, sans se gêner. Nous y avons partagé de bons moments avec nos deux petits enfants et leurs parents.

Alles reibungslos - immer gerne wieder

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Trotz dem kleinen Missverständnis, dass wir alle 18 und keine älteren Erwachsenen waren lief alles reibungslos. Das Haus ist sehr schön, es ist nah am Strand und auch gut ausgestattet. Personen, die gerne kochen sollten sich lediglich eins, zwei scharfe Messer mitnehmen. Sonst alles TOP.

Groupe de jeunes sympathique, et respectueux. Bien que ces jeunes aient fait tout leur possible, le ménage reste à peaufiner. La maison est effectivement bien équipée, il y a également tout ce qu'il faut pour affûter les couteaux (fusil dans le tiroir des couverts)

Vacances au calme, et au creux des pins

Globalement la description et les photos de la maison reflète bien la réalité. Précisons malgré tout que l'un des salons ( télé ) est à qq marches. La localisation par rapport à la plage est optimum, ainsi que la plage elle-même comme cela était précisé. Petit bémol : il faut la voiture - ou les vélos- pour tous les commerces de proximité

Nous remercions Geneviève d'avoir noté que la description de la maison est conforme à la réalité. Et, par ailleurs dans notre texte, nous ne parlons pas de la proximité ou non des commerces. Sur ce sujet, quand les vacanciers nous interrogent sur cette question, avant de valider leur location, nous répondons sans détour que le commerce le plus proche est à 3 kms. Tranquillité ou proximité commercial, chacun choisit en fonction de ses préférences. Sinon, en plus du grand salon de 35 m², il y a effectivement une petite mezzanine où nous avons installé la télé avec 2 fauteuils confortables.

Ruhige Lage und strandnah

Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist wirklich so, dass man sich gleich zu Hause fühlen kann. Direkter Zugang zum Strand durch wunderschönen, kleinen Pinienwald. Sehr sympathische Gastgeber, die sehr bemüht sind, dass die Gäste sich wohlfühlen.
