About this property

New house from 2018 to the Epine on the island of Noirmoutier, located in a family and friendly impasse. Calm environment, impeccable interior, clear and pleasant, nice benefits, in 2 steps of the market town and with less 100m of the beach.
Quality interior decoration (earthenware, cupboards with mirror facades, glass roof).
Very nice outside: terrace, lawn, plantations.
Comfortable in all seasons.

House can accommodate up to 7 people maximum, hydraulic underfloor heating.

Possibility of renting sheets.

Center town on foot (10 ') with its main traders.
Great. U / Intermarché 15 'by bike through the slopes.

Located in the charming village of l'Epine with its large sandy beaches, the port of Morin, its annual market on Saturday morning, bike paths at the entrance of the village.

Vacances ressourcantes

A 5mn de la plage, nous avons appréciés cette proximité qui nous laisse plus de liberté. La maison est très propre.et bien fonctionnelle. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. Le village de l'Epine est charmant avec toutes les comm. odites et de belles animations proposées. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Très agréable maison

La propriété est conforme à la description, propre, claire, très bien équipée, à 2 minutes à pied d'une belle plage de sable fin, au bord des sentiers pédestres / cyclables. La propriétaire est très sympathique.

maison idéale pour découvrir l'ile de Noirmoutier et profiter de la plage

La maison est bien décrite dans l'annonce, très, très propre, bien équipée, très clair, bien située, dans un quartier calme, à quelques minutes de marche de la mer et de la forêt. Les propriétaires sont très prévenants et soucieux de notre confort, ils mettent à disposition de la documentation personnalisée, avec itinéraires et indications des lieux à découvrir sur cette ile, encore authentique. Nous y avons passé avec nos deux petits fils de 14 et 11 ans une belle semaine de vacances : visites le matin et plage, familiale, l'après-midi sous un soleil mediterranéen. La commune de l'Epine est bien pourvue en commerces. On y trouve,selon nous, la meilleure boulangerie de l'ile et un petit restaurant "Le Cabanon" très agréable, avec une jolie terasse couverte donnant sur la place. Nous recommandons cette location.

Jolie maison proche de la plage !

Accueil formidable de la part de Véronique et Michel ! La maison est jolie, fonctionnelle, très lumineuse. La plage est à 100m et les commerces sont pas loin. On a fait des super balades à vélo.
