Chateaux East Unit 3 - GULF SIDE Condo - Walk along the beach

Updated, unique, custom, 3 bedroom/2bathroom with King size beds in 2 of the bedrooms, plus a third sleeping room with double size bunk beds. All three bedrooms have mounted flat screen Roku tvs with Spectrum cable app. The condo has a separate bar including both a bar and wine refrigerator. Unlike other units on this property, this condo has an inside washer and dryer. The kitchen is a fully high-end upgraded space with stainless appliances including a double oven. The large step-in bathroom showers are beautifully tiled with glass enclosures. One of the showers has a rain shower head and hand-held massaging showerhead. Modern furnishings, retro flare décor, and smart TVs throughout the condo. This unit comes with two parking spaces under the building, directly below the unit. Enjoy sunsets from the living room on the North end of the condo or take a walk on the beach. This condo does not have a balcony and is a NON-Smoking condo. The pool area has two bathrooms and an outside shower with a paver deck and gas pool heater to be enjoyed year-round. Ask your rental manager about FREE Perks, like weekday bikes. Family vacation

The condo was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean, tons of space for the 6 of us. Everything we could have needed was there. The beach was beautiful!! I recommend this place for large families!

Annual Adult couples trip!

The property we stayed in was really nice and spacious! It seemed newly decorated and was very clean! Only thing it was lacking in was having an outdoor deck and not being ocean front! We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning for another stay in the near future!

Spacious and Convenient

The condo was accurate to what the pictures showed. Plenty of room for the kids. Easily accessible and convenient to the pool and beach. We loved the location, it was quiet, everyone was extremely friendly. The only thing that it could use are some more kitchen utensils for cooking, but everything else was great.

Retro Chateaux

Love the style/decor of this spacious condo. The two king size beds are comfortable. The back bedroom has bunk beds that are comfortable as well, the down side is that you have to go thru a bedroom to get to it. The living room furniture is very comfortable, and there is plenty of seating in the dining area.

Great spot but ….

There were ants- like marching from behind the seat in the dining area. We called maintenance and they never came so we had to go and purchase ant traps and spray. It did work but would like to be reimbursed for both - it was about 20.00. In addition, the storage trunk for the Murphy bed needs to be moved when cleaning.

Not well maintained

Location was ok, but the online listing shows beach view and the unit is not on that side of the building, so you don’t get a beach view at all. You get a view of gulf blvd and all the noises that come with it. Every morning around 630am a huge garbage truck pulls up directly under the unit and empty’s the dumpster. Can’t believe it comes every day but that’s because the dumpsters are too small and get full daily. Woke everyone up daily. Inside the unit needs some attention. The shower door doesn’t close on the master bathroom causing water to get all over the floor, the lock on the door doesn’t work to the bathroom and the bathroom sink drains extremely slowly. The shower light didn’t work which was fixed while we were at the unit. The incorrect bulb has been installed. On the 3rd day of our trip my wife was approached by some random guy standing outside our unit asking for access to do maintenance. She told him no and he got agitated and left. Luckily I wasn’t too far away and became aware of the situation quickly. I called the rental company (Plumlee) and they told me they would call me back. After 20 min they did call me back and told me it was a real maintenance guy and I needed to go back to the unit and let him in. Keep in mind I’m at the beach with my kids at this point. I waited over an hour and nobody ever showed up! Probably a few things I’m missing but I would urge caution renting this unit. For the money you could easily get a far nicer experience without hassle.

We came on the third day after you called us about the water leaking. We do like to attend to maintenance issues in a timely manner. Awesome place for a family. It was very roomy for kids to run around. Acces to the cars and condo was very convenient. Pool was great and easy to walk to and access. Same with beach. Condo inside was clean. Everything updated.

Family vaca

We met our 3 adult kids in Florida for a family vacation. We loved every part of the condo with one exception. We somehow missed that it wasn't gulf front. The unit is behind the large condo. I love waking up look at the ocean and hearing the waves.

Great location

Close to everything in Indian Rocks. The condo itself is large and has lots of space but the walls are very thin and the set-up is frustrating because you have to go through bedroom #2 to get to bedroom #3. Also the laundry is in the bathroom which is connected to bedroom #1. The condo only has sheets on the beds. They provide 2 blankets but they are not comfortable and feel like rugs so bring your own blankets. The pool is kind of small and there is no hot tub but condo is directly on the beach in a great location.

This condo does have a unique layout, but most guest enjoy the washer and dryer in the condo, rather than using the community laundry. The blankets will soon be replaced with comforters. Indian shores

The property was beautiful. It is very spacious and lots of room for everyone! The only thing I didn’t like was how dirty the floor was. You had to wear your shoes in order for your feet to not be black.
